The Latin American country has the largest number of victims of the H1N1 virus and has overtaken the United States, where more than 590 people have died of the disease. The Brazilian authorities report that the number of new infections is decreasing.
Earlier, it was announced that the coming of spring has slowed down the spread of the Mexican flu in the southern hemisphere. The number of new infections in the Caribbean is also dropping.
