From what I read, it is Iran who is helping NK not the other way around. From the most corrupt news agency in the world:

I don't see how Iran could want NK weapons, unless you are one of those individuals who believes Iran is trying to build nuclear weapons. Is it true?

Iran can get much better and advanced weapons from Russia.
