Let me start by saying, I am amazed, simply amazed. ANY Bill, Law, proposition, ordinance, regulation that the AMERICAN Citizen deems to be unconstitutional, he may ignore with utter impunity. Shuttlesworth v. Birmingham Ala.

Second, Miranda v. Arizona...'Where Constitutional rights are concerned, the State my make no rule or legislation which would abrogate them."

Now, the Federal Government has absolutely NO SAY in State matters or National matters. The Federal Government was set-up to deal with INTERNATIONAL matters.

The U.N. Charter, as much as I hate and despise the U.N., also states that a Citizen may leave his country and return WITHOUT RESTRICTION. I believe it is title 48 article 13.

You are born an AMERICAN, NOT a U.S. citizen. The 14th Amendment MAKES YOU a U.S. citizen if you refer to it personally. I am not a 14th Amendment U.S. citizen, I am an AMERICAN Citizen, capital "C".

They (failedgov inc.) are using police and military to conduct in-state checkpoints. Military are being deployed for security at sporting events and after some crimes. The pentagon is *supposedly* asking for permission to field thousands of US troops in CONUS.

So how does that apply to massive electronic eavesdropping, government mining o fpersonal bank and other records, "sneek and peek" searches (i.e. those does without the knowledge of the person whose property is being searched) or those statues that deny you access to legal representation? How do does a citizen refuse to follow them? Do you refuse to be tasered by ten body armored police beating the crap out of you? Or do you refulse to be locked up without charge?

You kind of missed the point on that.. it is not about people following the law, it is about the state not following the law.

And this applies to extraordinary rendition, warrentless wire-tapping and the [Patriot act how? His applies to the outsourcing of CIA hit squads to Blackwater in what way?

Yeah well, the US also agreed to follow the Geneva convention until it decided not to.. and of course if that citizenship thingy is getting in the way, well we'll jsut saw that under teh Patriot act, they aren't citizen's any more! Done!

I got your point completely. It is the fact that people have not paid attention to what is going on in their own government. If we were to stand up, from the begining, and not let this get so out of hand we wouldn't be in this mess.

People get distracted by all the crap out there, television, sporting events and so on. They don't pay attention to anything. Tra la la la la......

I get the whole idiology of the "shadow government" doing what they want, but, there are some in the Federal Marsghalls service and the FBI that are honest and would enforce the "actual" law. The Color of Law statutes.

If you don't know how to speak to the "authority" then you are screwed. And this happens every minute of every day, because people have allowed it to happen, there was a thread here about just saying NO. I am sure most people didn't even bother to read that OP's stuff either.

What you are saying is funny to me. I find it humorous that you go off on tangents and express confusion? Not sure why. Just pointing out that the "Law of the Flag" is how we got to this point. Subverted. We should have pushed the Treason and Tyranny charges to the full extent, some have tried but with not enough backing.

I have read and studied the federal code and there are protections in there if people know how to use them, trouble is they don't.

OK, I obviously missed something here. The argument is that the US Constitution applies in foreign areas, like Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo, but not on US soil, on the US side of the border?
