Yeah I think it evolved from the original water scrying in a bowl, when mirrors took over some people kept the water element as they believe it's important and you get better results, keeping in with tradition and the magic of water

Gonna give this a little try again in a while.

Done it a couple of times before, but with limited success..

Well, that was bizarre...

Here's what happened!

- Firstly, my eyes both went completely black, the pupils just swarmed the rest of my eyes.. Like stereotypically alien..
-Then, it was as if my face shifted to that of an owl's.. With a very piercing stare..
-After that, I completely vanished!
-Then faded back in with the form of a lion.. Looked very regal, dignified..

That's when my eyes focussed back and there I was! Or at least what I perceive as the 'I'..

I got totally tripped out last night, I looked deep into the mirror and a completely different person was there

This face was staring back at me, but it was'nt me !!!

I've done this mirror thingy many times before and I've either vanished or my face has changed into a number of different images, but I've never had just one clear alternate image reflected back at me so clearly before !!

Very Very trippy indeed

The other night I tried as was suggested in this thread...what a trip that was!

I lit my candles, turned off the lights and grabbed a mirror and started to gaze in it...
It was kind of hard to do at first, my eyes were getting blurry, but as I watched slowly my hair started to turn blond,
then my eyes changed shape,I blinked a few times and no kidding, my eyelashes were a lot longer, and almost looked like I had eyeliner on. It was really weird...so I kept watching..and my nose and just my entire face changed into some woman. She wasn't bad looking either, I thought I had seen her before, but I wasn't sure....I just couldn't place the face, but I couldn't take my eyes off of her either, this was not me! I even puckered my lips and made a kissy face to see if the image in the mirror would change back to myself, but it didn't!

I had to go searching the web later to figure out who I had seen looking back at me in the mirror...
OMG!!!



Gonna have to check in that mirror again, or maybe find a full body mirror.....
