Someone enlighten me, how does social-democracy = Nazism/Facism?

well, I for one have sat in the waiting room at social services. I was not there for assistance but to fix a computer. I must have been there two hours, about an hour of that was waiting on the Systems Administrator to let me in he server room.
I was ashamed for these people. they could not see the shame in taking these services. the admission of last resort. it was like a story I read here on ATS about the bird feeder and the birds. and then the birds started demanding the feed.

My thoughts were those of lazy SOB's. but I could have been wrong. but overweight dressed themselves at goodwill... I dont know, pitty or disgust.
about 40% were white, 30% were black and 20% were Latin and 1 asian family. I dont know what it says, but thats what I observed.
