OK..What would you do?

If I woke up tomorrow as President......

I would send massive troops into Iraq first. 135,000 is not enough. tripple that number at least. Enforce security, Start to get the UN involved slowly. Start to enlist Iraqi men with heavy screening, and create a well trained army of Iraqi citizens.
I would call up Willie Nelson and invite him to the whitehouse where we would get stoned on the roof. Then attempt to legalize pot.

I would send a very large force into Afghanistan as well, with massive suplies of food and aid. And as in Iraq, ensure that security is enforced while we bomb the hell out of the mountain ranges and sweep the country in search of Bin Laden.

I would take all of Iraq's oil and sell it to the US at a large discount.
Then use that money to help in the reconstruction of Iraq.

Then I would call up Kid Rock, and again, go to the roof of the whitehouse.

Meanwhile, I would tell Israel off, stop funding them until they can come to some sort of peace agreement with the Arab world in general. Then I would get all of my advisors together and work twards repairing the damage we have done in the hearts & minds of the Middle eastern people.

I would then close the US borders with a great big wall, and no one could get in or out.

I would start to drill for oil in the alaskan wilderness.
while massively funding research for alternative power sources to get us off our dependancy on middle eastern oil.

I would attempt to release all information we have on UFOs.

I would heavily fund our education programs and do a serious overhaul of the education system we have in place. Possibly using Japans system as an example to follow.

I would beef up funding for the military all this time as well, making sure that we remain the strongest military power in the world.

I would also fund more money into the space program, with a heavy emphisis on researching Mars and a manned mission to mars in the future.

Then, after the UN is in place in Iraq, and a somewhat stable democratic gov is in power, I would withdraw the troops, and bring them home.

The same would go for Afghanistan.

Ahhh if only life was this simple....

Oh yeah...I would nuke China too...cause...someday....they will nuke us...better get them first!!
