As long as it's our National Guard I have no problem with it..(I heard this on coast to coast am tonight as well). If it were our guard...they would be out of harms way in far away places and further they would have our interests. I'm not doubting our troops...I am trusting our hometown troops to know us.

This further concerns me posting 400 grand unless there around our borders.

I've been around a few years.....I've never seen Sh*t like this and I was and am still around after the most public events of the 20th century.

Open your eyes

See the fire?

Stay come and think for one times sake, they are deployed for emergency or a major disaster... like you posted yourself. It kinda makes sense when you think about the very harmful potential of the H1N1 virus.
You just don't get 400.000 soldiers to make a NWO or something like that... you know... the soldiers themselves are US citizens.

This is getting ridicules.

Now this is wrong.

Military troops going to do police work? and more so during a time when our National Guards have been deployed overseas like never before?

I knew there was something fishy with having the largest deployments since WWII, and in many states the largest deployments ever in the history of those states of U.S. National Guards to the Middle East, and surrounding areas...

This is the perfect excuse to allow foreign UN troops to do the police work, or even some of the more brainwashed within our military, which there are a few, who don't care about people's rights.

Will the rest of our military, those who still believe in defending and upholding the Constitution of these United States, and who believe in helping the people allow this to happen?

People used to ask me WHY are our troops over in Iraq and Afghanistan?
My answer has always been this - "So they can't be here to protect the country"
Sometimes it sucks to be right.

Also found this...but I dont want to dig into these documents at the moment.

They are UNCLASSIFIED...but that does not mean we can look at them...as they say clearly FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY!

However, doing a google seach, I can see them but I also know that since they are .gov they now log ip's and such.

So dont look at them unless you are stealth.

Google Search :

www.google.com...

So, I still say our best bet at the time is to call our congressmen, senators, and governors...and let them know how you want them to act to protect states sovereignty!

The only hits I see that aren't rehash of what we have are Northcom.mil links, and they will not open through Proxify.

I know that .mil sites have no security certs so that may be the problem.

I would say it was for Afghanstan oil pipeline, and Iraq oil.
I know this one guy who enlisted, he said before he enlisted, he was going to kill mother, father, and rest of family, but he wanted to kill something thank God he enlisted, only problem is now he's coming back home looks like.

False Flags for Oil and lost American rights, Bush was in trouble where's the 2 trillion, bam open check book, another trillion missing and nobody cares.
Now with Obama were like 70 Trillion in debt and 100% tax wouldn't pay that Bill.

Even now there is talk in the streets, when 60% of the US population is against the administration and has nothing to loose we'll have maybey half or less of which who will be willing to do something about whats going on. Segregation within the daily life and in the minds of its citizens is a major key in doing what they do.

When they have UN troops on every corner listening taking orders from an administration bent on controlling its own people. How much do you think they will care what happens to you?

When it comes down to the wire. The Resistance will be there, and it aint going to be pretty. Most likely backyard groups with little organization spraypainting walls. People dissapearing. Drugs in the water. Walled sections of cities determined to be dumpng grounds for what they consider trash(fema camps).

As they gain more control they will announce more and more false flags to lock down water and food supplies eventually not even caring about what the people have to say. Due to contamination attempts or low supply.

As these people lay down their will and lives for the sake of being able to exsist within their comfortability or even just to be on the supposed right side of the line, many will suffer. The only good jobs will be military or a national police, expect the latter to be a new development between the military and current police forces to create a safer environment.

Those willing to try and do something will be forced underground sleeping in safe houses and trying to wake others up through the means of communication and action. It won't work most likely any attempt at overthrowing this administration. Seems theyre starting to flex the NWO's muscles.

So, they want to post more than half of our active troops here int he U.S.?

Hmmm ... the figures for this just don't sound right.

Unless, of course, we have a warlord break out in ethnic cleansing or have a mass uprising of nuclear-capable terrorist cells ... IT JUST WON'T HAPPEN.

the military have placed huge orders for body armor for the end of the year. but get this the armor order is more for small caliber weapons. like police officers wear not the high impact stuff they normally get. and they want 60000 units by dec 1st

You do realize that is about 75 million or so people right? Which I can guarantee will have guns, that isn't exactly something to laugh at.

IF, IF it comes down to that it won't be pretty I agree with you on that, but there isn't a standing army in the world that can put 75 million people without causing direct harm to the forces themselves.

Don't get me wrong ... I'm not for ANY breach of our Posse Comitatus but, just because we have the capability to deploy doesn't mean it's going to happen.

We've had the REX84 legislation and camp active for decades and never used them.

Well, I wish I could say that this somehow surprises me.

However, how many of you guys posting on ATS knew about this years ago? How many of you knew about it decades ago? The time for complaining is over. We should have been doing THAT around 1968, and, to a certain extent...we were, but, there really was no sense of follow through.

Everyone played the game with our greedy politicians and let them develop new aspects and rules of the game that we weren't aware of. We vote them in and then let them completely rape us at will. Is it REALLY their fault for taking what we gave readily?

We sat down like good little slaves, embellished every materialistic tendency that is geared towards our individual likes, and fed the machine until it grew out of control.

Well...its just as much our fault as it is our politicians. Congratulations America, you screwed yourself!!!

Active troops are not the crux of the discussion. Read the opening story link very carefully.

NorthCom wants to use Reserve units stateside to respond in an unspecified "emergency".

Governors already use National Guard to respond to said "emergencies".

Traditionally, when Reserve units are deployed to a state, the state Governor (commander-in-chief for the state) has final authority on any of that unit's activities, as well as his own National Guard units.

Apparently, NorthCom wants to retain command of the Reserve units in this situation and the Governors aren't going for it.

These will not be Military regulars with the exception of the regular units that NorthCom already has here.

The 400,000 # quoted in the article is the combine Reserves of all the services that already are here. Air Force Reserve, Army Reserve, etc.

It's a state's rights situation again.

I would dispute that, we have a Second Chance body armor factory local here and they shut down due to lack of sales.

www.baesystems.com...

would be great if you could post a link to your info.

UPDATE

I got some of the links to open, if you open them as HTML instead of PDF.

BurntheShips ' links

look 6 or 7 hits down for the NorthCom house and senate letters.

I will not post them here due to the fact the are FOUO but they are worth a read. There are some very interesting statements there.

Under the main header for the hits there is a link to "view as HTML" that will open in Proxify.

Basically it is the CG of NorthCom telling congress what he has done in the past and what he wants to do, but there are a few nuggets in there regarding pandemic flu and terror activities.

I understand the circumstances. Maybe I should re-word my statement.

If they raised that number of reserves, it'd be nearly 3/4 the number of our ACTIVE military currently operating. It's an insane number of troops to be called for duty, especially in direct breach of Posse Comitatus.

It's like saying we need to send our entire Navy to the moon, even though we currently have no jurisdiction for troops there. It's outrageous.

The other point I raised was that the REX 84 Camps has been implimented for 20+ years and have never been used. I've heard little from anyone regarding this subject. If 400,000 troops were deployed to "Help" people, these are the camps they'd most likely be "helping" them to.

Shut down the camps and you bottle neck an entire operation. Unless of course these 400,000 troops just plan on "fighting it out" with their mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, sons and daughters.

Even the Japanese had more sense than that:

"You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass."
- Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto, (Japanese Navy)

I understand, the problem is that the article is very vague.

It doesn't specifically say that they want to stand the entire Reserve component up right now. That is the spin that the writer put on it. It could be 500 personnel for an earthquake in Cali, or 20,000 for riots in Atlanta. Whatever the POTUS deems an emergency.
