Some of you are missing the bigger picture that Berg was investigated because Zacarias Moussaoui was using his email account.

Berg later got killed in Iraq.

Small world!

He was either:

A) Working for us and pretending to be working for them so they killed him.

B) Working for them and they killed him

C) Working for us and we killled him.

D) Working for them and we killed him.

Whatever, he wasn't just some average Joe Bloggs who was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
