Birthers release forged Kenyan birth certificate for Obama

And, finally, the title of your thread is misleading. It suggests that birthers were the supposed hoaxers.

The more probable scenario is that this Australian certificate, if genuine, was made public by people given charge of covering up Obama's nasty little secret as part of a plan should the real McCoy ever be leaked. They had trawled the archives of other commonwealth countries looking for certificates with as much resemblance (such as numbers) as they could find to the REAL one they keep secret. They then Photoshopped a Kenyan one, creating small discrepancies on purpose that would first dupe people into believing that they had seen the real certificate, only to be fooled again when the perps made public the Australian one.

Who has been duped here. eh?

Taitz argument does not rely on any birth certificates. Also, she is requesting that the authenticity of ALL documentation that she is presenting is be validated or invalidated. So, no. Taitz is not a "sore loser", in fact she's a highly intelligent person...hers is the only case against Mister Obama that has had any real exposure or endurance.

It doesn't really matter though, all talks of Birth Certificates and location of his birth are irrelevant. Mister Obama could have been born on the White House lawn, waving American flags and his long form BC...and he would still be ineligible to be POTUS.

Mister Obama's father was NOT a US citizen when Mister Obama was born.

This makes Mister Obama a dual-citizen.

Dual-citizens are barred from gaining natural-born status.

Only a natural-born US citizen can be President.

So the real issue, is not BC's, it is not Place of Birth. The real issue is that Mister Obama had a foreigner for a father, and this makes him unable to ever become President.

Is he loyal to America? Or is he loyal to his other country?

We as Americans cannot afford to have the loyalty of our Presidents in question. Which is why this issue MUST be sorted out immediately.

I never did either. I think it was a speculation that was written in the Federalist Blog a while ago and the birthers picked it up and ran with it like it was FACT. The truth is that with very few exception, if you're born in the US you're a natural born citizen.

How do you even know which Kenyan BC she's presenting...you do know that several have been presented at various places...don't you? At least 6 different Kenyan BC's have been presented all over the net.

Although in the end, it matters little. He had a foreigner for a father. If you are actually up on the issue, then you know why he cannot be POTUS.

As for her intelligence, her record speaks for itself. She still has the strongest case against Mister Obama. Even Law schooled lawyers like Phil Berg, who have tons more legal experience than Taitz, have not been able to keep their cases going. Nor have they used the mass media as Taitz has been able to do, to get their arguments heard.

Since she has indeed proven herself intelligent IMO, I can only conclude that maybe you have a problem with her physical appearance or her foreign accent and way of speaking. After all, you have yet to provide an actual example of her being unintelligent. Only volunteering that it looked that way on the news.

What did she say that was unintelligent?
Did she make some kind of serious mistake?

Dual citizen now, or at birth...it's irrelevant. The fact is that Mister Obama has or has had a dual citizenship. That makes him disqualified to be POTUS. Having a dual citizenship at ANY time removes Natural born status if indeed he had it in the first place (Obama did not).

The inclusion of the fact of his mothers age at his birth, only makes is status as a citizen even more unlikely. When she gave birth to Obama, she was not old enough, nor had she been in American for a long enough period of time to confer upon him US citizenship. According to the laws at the time.

He may not have any US citizenship at all. And could be an Indonesian/British citizen.

The District of Hindmarsh is in Victoria Australia, not South Australia (a different State completely), as stated at the bottom of the certificate.

His marriage to Ann Dunham was illegal, as he was already married. So that couldn't make him a citizen either.

By you merely admitting that you are further discrediting the fake Kenyan birth certificate as any conjunction divorce settlement in Kenya would have been void as they would have found Obama snr to be already married, so there would not have been another short form BC registered and confirmed, because Kenya doesnt recognize multiple marriages.

On a further note nowhere in the constitution or among the statutory laws does it claim the case of both parents for children born on US soil. The only time the founding fathers even mentioned both parents was in the case of children born off US soil (for their rights to the natural born citizenship title).
