So this is when we will see the biblical prophecy of a loaf of bread costing us $20.00 in the end times? When the great new Babalon falls and all of our traders ofshore cry because they thought we would never fall. And Shortly before the beast is implemented? Oh that is just great... I thought I would have more time to prepare. I guess we all better keep stocking up but at a faster pace. Does anyone know how long we have before this hits main street?

The unaccounted Trillions of Federal bailout funds from the American taxpayer purse is purchasing these bonds. Americans are unknowingly buying their own bonds by default and for the 'agenda' of another.

The private Federal Reserve system is committing unparalleled fraud the world has never 'dreamed' of? Until the Federal Reserve is Audited, you will never know how far down the rabbit hole you presently are.

You are witnessing an NWO (by few and for the few) in action.

Ok I'm not from America. I'm from South Africa. Here in RSA $1 costs just over R8 at the moment. Cheapest I can remember it was R5 and that was a decade ago. I was born here and only left to go to the UK for a year when I finished school. That was my only time in a first world country. So for 27years I've lived in a 3rd world country.

My whole life I've watched my country get affected by what your dollar does. Hasn't this world depression been brought on by the dollar? I'm glad the dollar is starting to turn to poo, screw it!!! I'm glad you mighty Americans can start joining this rat race called life.

Now my tips for you as a 3rd worlder is plant carrots, tomato's and po-ta-toes. Make a chicken pen and start fending for yourselves. It's a simple life but a nice one.

Welcome to the rest of the world

Seriously though I doubt my hopes of having Americans to play with in RSA will ever come true

So everyone relax and have a bud. If things get really screwed I got space for 10 of you

When the money moves to Africa, Asia and other 3rd world countries and 1st world countries become the 3rd world ones I seriously hope they're not going to repay us in kind for all the help our governments have given them. Will they treat us the way we've treat them or will they use compassion and understanding and treat us the way they would've liked us to treat them?

Most 1st world countries have been very, very greedy and today we find out that British banks are paying out record bonuses - AGAIN! What have they learned? If the banks aren't lending money then how are they making such huge profits again? I thought their main source of making money was from lending and they're not doing a lot of that.

More British news this morning is that homeowners in negative equity might be like that for another 5 years. Other news says the pound rises against the dollar as the economy imporves?!

As someone else mentioned - no doubt we'll be told that the bailouts of the banks would've worked except then the dreaded swine flu hit and so many people were off work, it affected industry so bad, bla, bla, bla...... Maybe this is the new way instead of the old fashioned wars. Maybe anti-virals and vaccines will create a lot of money, just like old wars did. Maybe the flu will mutate and kill off large chunks of the population, just like old wars did. Maybe, maybe, maybe...... who knows but even if all this finance business and flu business has all happened by chance, I don't feel comfortable right now.

Seems we're heading into a perfect storm - whether man made or pure chance. Until that happens most people will still walk around believing the hype of green shoots everywhere. I hope those green shoots are real but I prefer to remain cautious and keep my eyes and ears open.... just incase!

If this is for real then we may end up with the hail Mary version of economics - it's called "let's start a war". Will anyone second this scenario for me?

You hit the nail on the head. The US needs a war to keep the wheels of the economy moving. A war is the sad conclusion to an already sad situation. It's coming, along with other diversions, so that the mass populatiion don't pay atention to what's really going on. Before the end of September something has to happen.

Remember, these treasury auctions MUST be sucessfull in order for the US to keep spending more than they take in, which is what they're doing now. And yes, the FED is buying our own debt, or it would be frightningly obvious to the world that the charade was over.

Folks, in simple terms, our collective goose is cooked, and it will all come to a head real soon. get ready for a rough ride .

Folks, as you read all the posts in this thread, look at the big picture of what's going on. The trouble with the FDIC being underfunded, lack of buyers for the T-bill auctions, swine flu outbreak, and other bad economic news. Do you really think the swine flu outbreak is a coincidence?? The powers that be need a diversion to side track everyones attention. They know the game is over. it's just a matter of time before all the factors come to a head, as tha laws of economics catch up to the powers that be.

Put all the factors being discussed into a large group and look at the big picture. The s___ is really getting ready to hit the fan--it's real, and it's coming. Don't listen to what the PTB say, watch what they do, that's much more important!

Even if the stock market is up, if the PTB are leaving in droves, believe me they know what's coming. Look behind the curtain for the real action. Those scumbags will tell you everything looks great as they run for the door. They've done it so many times, and the gullible public falls for it every time, and they will again.

If you plan to take some kind of action to protect yourself, do it now, as you won't have much longer. September is looking real good for something to happen.

Hi.

I've read your posts before, and honestly I think you are generally bat-**** crazy. No offense, it's the only phrase that fits. (The asterisks are mine)

However, you are spot on with this thread. Good job writing & researching it.

I don't think there are any solutions where we end up as good we are on this day, August 2, 2009. We're screwed. Have been for a long time now.

I can see the logic China has used: why invade a place with an army when you can simply buy them. Or have them beg you to buy them. And then move in and legally take possession of what you own.

The best thing for us: go get enrolled in a "Learning Mandarin" course.

BTW, about the silver thing:

"A soft, white, lustrous transition metal, it has the highest electrical conductivity of any element and the highest thermal conductivity of any metal."

I don't think they are after it to make jewelery.

Sorry again about the "crazy" comment.

This morning the dollar index (DX-Y.NYB) is at 78.07 and dropping fast.

This looks like the beginning of the end for the dollar. It's all true.

Hi, great post.

What do you think is the best way to financially protect yourself if things start to collapse ? I know that silver has been mentioned and that gold is not favoured, (not sure why).

I am in the UK and our debt is rising at an alarming rate and I fear that we will follow the USA when it all starts to fail.

Thanks

The wars, stander...the wars.

Estimated to be over $3T total....from a pre-war (Iraq war) 'assurance' by the US gov.t that Iraq would fund itself, and the total cost would be around $50B...Hmmm...$50B Vs $3T...anyone good at math?

Not really...

A war is usually the way it works, but incase you forget, the US Is already fighting (and spending on) two wars (costing a total of over $3T).

Will a 3rd do it? Nah...it won't.

What else can be done? Simple, MASSIVE civil building schemes.
The NAH has already been mentioned...what about climate change? That's not just going to go away quietly is it...perhaps now would be a good time for nations to plan and constuct MASSIVE (you see the theme here?) tsunami/flood defences. And i mean massive too.

This would generate HUGE amounts of cash. a lot of the workers could be drawn from the unwaged etc and this would further generate HUGE amounts of cash.

There are lots that CAN be done, but probably won't be.

For my money, all this economic BS is all planned WELL in advance...this IS the false flag operation to end all others, in my view. Paving the way for the 'Amero', the NAU and ultimately the OWC (One World Currency), and so the NWO...

Shame you 'ordinary' peasants have to lose everything, including your pensions, your children's educations and future happiness and possibly (certainly in many cases) your very lives, to achieve this cosy gathering of humanity isn't it.

thx for the great research Q!!!!

Now for the real chiller... even though I can't find the link here on ATS there was a thread that was postws about a Russian(?) gentleman that predicted that the USA was going to bought up in section by 3 or 4 multiple countries because of this very thing..

THAT is the thought that keeps coming to my mind after I read this post!

I've read just recently from a member here that something to the fact that the reason Saddam had become an enemy to the USA as well was because he was no longer going to accept US dollars for his oil and was going Euro instead.

Shouldn't it be obvious to the USA by now that there is a US shadow government by now, when the congress gets bypassed and has reduced to a 'yes man' .. well.. hmmm...

Here is the Dollar Index chart this morning

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/42010fcc1a0a.gif[/atsimg]

The metals chart is the opposite of this chart, in fact silver is shooting up.
up .36 so far to $14.27.

OH, I have my T. V on for the one hour a day in the morning - WOW - all about Micheal Jackson still!! Unfricken believable!! The MSM is disgusting - where is the real news? Why aren't they talking about the Treasury bond sale? OH, sorry, that would be bringing REAL news to the American public.

Silo, you asked what countries are not accepting the U.S. dollar - I have read many articles about merchants in other countries refusing the dollar and refusing payment with credit cards that would pay in American Dollars.

Also I know someone who went to Cuba - 2 months ago - the whole nation does not accept American Dollars anymore. I have read about other South American countries not accepting any dollars in their country too - I will try to find those articles for you. The problem is I read all kinds of things all the time and then I lose where I read it, etc.

But I know, I have read how from legitimate sources how the U.S. dollar is being refused in many places around the world now.

Also, members from other countries, please let us know if it is not being widely accepted anymore by merchants etc. in your countries.

OH, now the news is talking about how Rush Limbaugh lost 90 pounds - wow - that is some real news happening!!

I haven't been through the thread yet but i am eager to...

Coincidence that happened today though might sound interesting!
I do a lot of transactions over ebay.
Last i remember about a month ago (maybe less) is that the € was about 1.17 USD. Guess what... This morning i happened to notice in a bank exchange rates board the value to be 1.43 USD. Things are getting ugly for the dollar i am afraid... (This is of no good to other nations in the long term either - balance is a prerequisite for all things to run smoothly. That balance is being tiped over... i wonder when the smooth running status is, as of now...)

Be back when i have a better read through.

Any country that does business with Iran Russia and China doesn't do it with USD they use yuan and the trend is growing.

That doesn't mean they don't use it at all. but the trend is definitely growing, so far Iran is the only country that refuse USD since 2008 opening of their oil bourse.

7 Countries Considering Abandoning the US Dollar

www.informationclearinghouse.info...

This is been done quietly and with not much attention, only China and Russia has been calling for a new currency to compete with the USD, The IMF will be getting together to see if they will push the SDR this month.

my sentiments exactly

A system that is disregarding of its ramifications for others, a truly parasitic system, it ALWAYS eats itself.
