Photo - Obama's Kenyan Birth Certificate (political fraud)

Well, like you said, that's YOUR understanding of it.

The reason why they did it was that people were saying he wasn't born in the United States. So, both McCain and Obama had their birth certificates released.

The only thing is, McCain's was enough, and Obama's wasn't. So, the whole controversy began.

And like I said in another "Obama birther" thread: His showing his long form will not quell the birther campaign, especially coming from WorldNetDaily.

They'll say it's a hoax as well.

This has gotten so utterly ridiculous. I think I got a Obama Kenyan birth certificate under my pillow. Are these Obama birth certificates like the golden tickets for the Chocolate factory or something.

Your looking at a copy of there current constitution not the one drawn up in 1963.The 1963 version was a palimantary constition setting up a prime mister similar to england go figure. In december 1964 they became a republic modeled off the United States setting up a presidency. There was no kenyan president untill dec 1964!

It should be somewhere posted a few or more pages back a website was posted where you could pay 50 bucks and request a birth certificate. I don't know it would be cool if somebody lived in Kenya could look at it for us to settle the issue. The problem is I don't know what the Kenyan laws are and all that stuff.

I'd also like to know why on the Birth Certificate, the fathers name is spelled First Middle Last, whereas the mothers is spelled Middle, First, Last ?

This puts this in a lot of doubt in my eyes...

Why would the person who got hold of it have to be related to the president? You are assuming that on the rules of obtaining a Birth Cert in the USA.

I ordered my Mum’s birth Cert from the UK online, with no proof as to why I needed it or who I was.... just an address and surname (which is different than my mother’s).

In Ireland I went in to get a friend’s birth cert for them with no ID.

In most countries Birth Certs are public record, anyone can go look it up or get a copy in most countries, Kenya might be the same.

This is also why Birth Certs are usually not accepted alone as proof of ID as anyone can get it.

You shouldn’t just assume that the laws in the US apply everywhere.

Do you understand how the Congress works in America? To be in the House or the Senate, it doesn't matter where you're born. Just that you're a citizen. Which Obama is. That is why the Republicans didn't challenge this back then.

Fast forward to 2008. Why didn't the Republicans bring this up then? Perhaps, they didn't because they understood that Obama was hugely popular and by bringing something like this up, it'd look desperate. They may have understood too that by just waiting and letting this come out on it's own, they'd kill two bird with one stone. They'd have their guy in the White House and the Democrat party would be forever ruined because, who is going to trust them if they put up a guy that wasn't even eligible?

Well, numskull, this was brought up way back when - when you all said we were all nuts. We're all f'ed now, aren't we. Basically, those who voted for him ignored it. They said - we're soooo coooool, becaluse we voted for a black man. Those of us with serious questions regarding his eligibility were branded racist. Who won? None of us. I'm sure someone of the PWB did, though.

Yeah race isn't at play at all in this non-issue of his birth certificate as evidence by your post.

Actually according to the U.S. Supreme Court he would simply be removed not impeached due to the fact he could not legally hold the office. Not only that but Biden would be removed due to the fact the President chose him as his vice president according to his ideals. I'm assuming the Speaker of the house would be put in or a new election maybe?

So, in that case, Nancy Pelosi would be our president.

However, that one says Plasq Skitch, which could be how THEY got it.

My guess is that neither of these are actual photos, but copies of photos.

His father is dead. So that leaves his grandmother. Why would she have that? Why would she wait until 1964 to get a copy. Why would she need a copy? He never lived in Kenya. She didn't know in 1964 he would become the president. And even more so, why would she give some anonymous person the original copy of Obama's BC? It doesn't pass the logic test.

I have a better idea...put on your READING CAP and do it BEFORE you try putting on your thinking cap next time. Not bothering to read before you post is what really doesn't pass the logic test.

Of course it's not the original copy.

As thread readers know, it MIGHT be the copy requested for the divorce proceedings of his father and mother in 1964, and it MIGHT have come from the law firm that handled the divorce or from the court records of those proceedings.

Yes Bush did a terrific job at ruining alot of our country, but Obama is setting up an exoskeletan around our current government with all the czars and new admins within the admin, so that once the current system fails, his system is already in place to replacee it. And his goal IMHO is to make sure hte current system fails so his new system takes hold.

if you go to the actual discussion that that poll stems from he brings up some valid points.

1) Fathers birth datwe wrong.

2) Font used wasn't invented until 1995

3) Record # was 47,044 Obama was 47 and sworn in as 44th president.

4) Village name is misspelled

5) the photo has 3 different layers (certificate, background, and text)

So that seems pretty well debunked. Not that I am on either side of the spectrum. Just pointing out the details.

The language of the document in question has been discussed 90 times at least.

Kenya at one time was a British territory, therefore the official language of kenya at the time was English. It may still be english.

I do have difficulties wrapping my mind around the certificate number. Admittedly if the veracity of this document is proven, it is quite a coincidence.
