Dooper is right, guess what branch of the USAF has the lowest retention level ... yeah you guessed it - the US Air Force Security Police.

While I have serious doubts about the general efficiency and the security consequences of replacing the US Army/USMC MPs, USAF SPs, and US Navy MAA ratings with contracted civilian security guards I do understand why it was done. Maybe when things wind down overseas a bit the MP's will be back at the gates.

BLACKWATER had nothing to do with government building security... Other private firms, which have existed for MUCH LONGER than the Bush administration was in power have been the ones guarding such buildings...

There are some buildings which have been guarded by military personnel, such as U.S. embassies being guarded by Marines, but the other regular government buildings are guarded by civilian security.

Blackwater would only be in a government building IF there was a VIP they were protecting and if that VIP actually hired Blackwater for that. Yes, Blackwater was used in Iraq to train Iraqi police, and for other purposes, but the mayority if not all government buildings have always been protected by civilian security personnel. Which is why these civilians will lose their jobs under this plan by the Obama administration.

BTW, that member that said that military personnel are just sitting around so why not use them....again you have got to be kidding... Obviously you haven't served in the military.. I have, and during a Democrat administrations, and even under Bush' administration, we WERE UNDERMANNED.... i wasn't active duty during the Bush administration, but if what my friends have told me is right, they were still undermanned.

I can't even count how many times i had to do double duty as a guard, and even weekend duty two or three weekends straight because we were undermanned.... So to awnser your false statement, there are not enough military personnel to be guarding all government buildings, even during years that we were not involved in wars....

Marg, that was most probably done in some bases because of the lack of personnel, but seriously, it has nothing to do with what Obama wants to do.

Obama is talking about a CIVILIAN military force that will be loyal to him, he is not talking about military personnel who volunteered like we used to do.

Under the Obama administration ALL Americans will be REQUIRED to do some compulsory, or mandatory Community Service, and those who are at least 18-25 years old will have to do at least 3 years miltiary training, and then even if in college, and if you have kids you will have to do an extra 100 hours at least a year of whatever Community Service the Obama administration, or the Corporation wants you to do.

Should i look for the interviews of Emmanuel Rham, and even president Obama and post them again?

BTW, trust me, BLACKWATER will still be used during the Obama administration. They are not going to stop using them in the least.

I have to agree obama is turning this nation into a totoiletarian regime with the

support of the democratic majority run Congress. You think obama writes any

of those speeches? The power brokers of the world are running the show behind

the scenes and obama is their front man. ^Y^

It seems more like he is getting our country ready for a takeover. He's setting us up bigtime. I keep thinking of Red Dawn and Jericho. I don't live in a fantasy world, but the similarities are too close.
I wish there was something we could do to get our country back, but with no jobs and all of us being put into a weakened state, it's going to be hard.

That's exactly right, the U.S. is being turned into a Socialist dictatorship, and it seems that unfortunately there are not enough people in power who want to stop this.

There is, and it is happening very quietly and it is called States Rights. The

majority of the news only covers what is pro-obama. The best fair and

balanced news coverage about obama and his administration is from Fox

news and other outside our country news sources.


Can you say Czars this should scare the hell out of every American when

they realize this is unconstitutional by appointing Czars that answer only to

the President and bypassing the authority and check and balance system set

in place by our Constitution for this great nation's Congress.


So why isn't Congress raising a stink about the Czars and the President

bypassing Congresses Constitutional written and given authority?

All Americans should have realized this when Obama ordered GM, and other automakers to make only certain cars, and trucks, and when he stated certain CEOs should resign... That is not in the power of any U.S. President unless he is a Socialist, or worse, and unless such businesses are "NATIONALIZED"...

Now the Obama administration, and Obama himself want to nationalize Healthcare, which will put ALL doctors under the order of the government, and Obama... Doctors cannot dictate what treatments patients should have, only the government can under the Obama plan, and only if the government/Obama think the patient should have such treatment, and if it is "economically sound for the government"... This happens in Socialist dictatorships... It is part of the so wonderful Socialist healthcare system which exists in Socialist/Communist dictatorships such as Cuba.

we often talk about obama as being a puppet of others, and while this is certainly true i am sick and tired of giving him this break, as though he's merely acting for others. he believes in this stuff completely. he has devoted his life to getting into office in order to traansform this country into something different. i hold him fully to blame for and accountable for every single thing he is doing. he has a great deal to answer for.

this country is very complex. i'm not sure getting control of everything will be quite as simple as he envisions. while americans are generally easy going, and we like our comforts, we aren't the most obedient people. at some point (and i hope it is soon) people will start digging in their heels.

what i really want to come tumbling down are the fat cat politicians who are glutting themselves and their cronies on taxpayer dollars and grinning. yes there have been evil capitalists, but nothing to equal the vampires sucking this country's life's blood.

Obama as a president is turning into a bad movie, he reminds me of a ceo being brought in to closing a plant. It seems he is searching out ways to destroy this country. Not saying others whave not screwed up but man this one looks like he is on a mission to destroy.

If this is a totalitarian regime, most of the people posting in this thread would have been hauled off to be shot already.

I had a black co worker ask me just yesterday, if white people realized that it was a mistake that Obama is president. She was saying that he is messing everything and everyone up, she stated that her family, friends, even her church, are all talking about it and wishing that the 'white people' would step up and do something about it. I was saying to her that it will take all people, no matter what color, but she staunchly believes that the blacks would not have a voice in it.

I would say,, now is the last call to buy as much ammo as you can, while its still legal, and responsably hide it only where you know it is, but others dont. Join a local militia! thats what goes through my mind. If dictatorship comes down the road..im staying and fighting for liberty and freedom for all.

If you'd look at history - and understand it - totalitarian regimes don't 'pop-up' overnight. They take years, sometimes decades, to develop. Look at the history of Hitler. He didn't just show up and say, "Arrrgg, kill all the Jews and start World War II!". It took a while. Not centuries or decades - but it took a few years. Then the camps were in place and the trains were running on schedule. Same thing with the Soviet Union. Took a few years to start up the gulags and mass starvations and deportations. But it did happen.

I personally know survivors of both those nightmares and they all told me the same thing: "The United States is becoming a Fascist/Communist state."

P.S. For those that would harp posts upon the minute differences between Fascism/Communism - you don't really understand history.

this is really interesting. do you think they feel we will blame them because he is black? i would like to put black when referring to him in quotes because he's half white, and i have read that that area of africa (kenya) was settled by arab traders. but never mind that. whites were every bit as thrilled to elect him as blacks. and you are so right to say it will take all people, of all colors, to disassemble this one.

but i truly don't think this is going to be a revolution with guns. maybe a little bit, but i can't help but feel there is some more subtle way. it's like taking out the death star. we have to find the weaknesses in this. there is a way to collapse it. we just need to figure out what it is. something regular ordinary people can do.

This is how i loko at it. Through histry, any attackon us here, has been form the sea. MEaning, the enemy started at he edges(coasts) and tried to move inland. HEre, it appears the enemy has gotten into the highest seat in the land. The enemy, is working his evil power, form the inside out..just like a tumor.
