All that this is gonna mean.. Cheney and the Bush family get to goto their underground santuary a couple years early. That will be their so called punishment. They will dissapear into their luxury bunkers.

For all seriousness, where will these war criminals actually go if they are to be trialed and later punished.

They will never go into a state penitentiary.
