I'm sure the judges are hard at work (dancing around their rooms more like) making notes (recording the songs for their MP3 players) and making their choices...

Though i am a newbie here i'd like to know the results of this contest too. Be waiting for them.

The contest ended a week ago and the judges need time to make decisions they consider the best. I'm not judging in this one, but do judge writing contests regularly and it's not an easy chore.

For one thing, a judge can't make their mind up before the last hour of the contest is over because someone could have saved the very best for last and another is the fact that so much is deserving of recognition.

A week, at the very least, is normal.

…This track almost forces you into a meditative state. It is nearly the perfect combination of music and sound.

Wrath of the Star Riders - Extralien: Parts 1, 2 and 3

…It is well thought out, well produced, evocative and sounds very, very good.

Travelers Together - italkyoulisten

…very spacey sounding, and is quite professional.

Congrats IRM, there is no shame in coming in second to a track that rockin' and congrats to everyone else as well. This was truly fun!

This was a great contest and All of the entries were good.
The anticipation from the start of the contest to the very end has been great. I followed every entry and had a good time in listening to all the tracks.

A BIG thankyou to ATS, kosmicjack, Sauron, HarlemHottie and any other judges/moderators who voted for me - and for running such an awesome contest. I am honestly very humbled! You guys are the best!

The competition was very stiff and to be honest, I didn't think I had a shot a winning, (I've never won anything before). I'd like to congratulate all the other competition winners & contestants who entered their fantastic songs & music for us all to enjoy. Believe me when I say I was blown away by all of the entries! ATS certainly has some talented people on board!

Finally, I'd like to thank all those gracious people who came into my thread and offered kind comments and support. You all rock!

We are extremely lucky to belong to a forum that offers so much to their membership!

Congrats to infaredman and as well I enjoyed all the creative energy put forward here. I'd see a new entry and think NICE! I was diggin' the theme too which made new tracks exciting.

On a few occasions, I actually found myself blurting out and singing the catchy hook myself .
