You're absolutely right, it might be completely natural - probably is.
But funny, it's coming from the closest and most ill-managed country in our region, one which is on the verge of anarchy and which, despite out-right demands by much of our citizenry, has a border that is utterly out of control.
For a moment there I thought you were talking about the USA.
Anyway to much doom and gloom on this site. The ability to locate and dispense information over all types of media has created a society that is both well informed but also ignorant of the truth.
This is no where near a pandemic and I doubt it becomes one.
It is late in the season.
In ’05 Investing, Obama Took Same Path as Donors
www.nytimes.com...
Less than two months after ascending to the United States Senate, Barack Obama bought more than $50,000 worth of stock in two speculative companies whose major investors included some of his biggest political donors.
One of the companies was a biotech concern that was starting to develop a drug to treat avian flu. In March 2005, two weeks after buying about $5,000 of its shares, Mr. Obama took the lead in a legislative push for more federal spending to battle the disease.
The most recent financial disclosure form for Mr. Obama, an Illinois Democrat, also shows that he bought more than $50,000 in stock in a satellite communications business whose principal backers include four friends and donors who had raised more than $150,000 for his political committees.

Yo Dah!!!
The end result of influenza is severe, sometimes fatal pneumonia.
Can you say SARS?.
No Hooey,really.
When people die from influenza, they die from complications of the disease, and it is usually PNEUMONIA!.
The 1918 Flu pandemic was so deadly because there were very few treatments for pneumonia at that time, there was a rapid onset of pneumonia after infection.
And I believe it was the SWINE FLU,wasn't it?.
Don't let the media whip you into a frenzy so.
You all have health insurance don't you?.
Well maybe not,........
Welcome to america.

On this note - I believe that the WHO is actually taking this very seriously.
Not because they say so, but because the pictures of the WHO rep talking to the media looks like the guy hasn't brushed his hair or slept for 24 hours.WHO SPOKEMAN
No kidding, he looks like a dying calf in a hailstorm.
I'm concerned; our weather today is strange and I was sitting in my car at lunch and had this foreboding feeling like bad news was coming.
