As far as ET's intentions, I like to use the rat in the maze scenario.
What does the rat know? Not much... It knows if he's hungry, scared, to hot or to cold, that he knows. But does he know the name of his keeper, the university he's in or where the grant mony comes from? We could be at that level of development compared to (some) aliens. Their intentions would be incomprehensible to us.

I think the "event in world politics" in and around 2010 that they are talking about is that Israel will bomb Iran around this time. This will be the trigger that make the world powers threaten to destroy each other. It is also mentioned in the bible, saying that in before the end time "and nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom" (Matthew 24:7). I also think that immediately after they do this we will see the attempted destruction of Israel by Russia and its arab allies. (Ezekiel 38) This verse also mentions Iran by name. "Persia, Cush and Put will be there." (Verse 5). Since the U.S. will probably stand idle with Obama doing little or nothing to save Israel from a massive counterattack, I believe that only God will be able to save Israel and he will be the divine intervention that is spoken of. I do very much believe in Aliens...but I think the real event that will happen around this time will come from God.

Nukes were not involved on a massive scale... the US was the only nation to have had nukes, and this was only at the tail end of ww2. Im not sure, just thinking outside the box.

Is remote viewing a electrical buzzing, hallucinogenic visions before i sleep, or similar to channeling?

I have been to the Garchen Instiute in Chino Valley and am going back in June. I will be taking video for the forum and am so excited to return. It really 'feels' like Tibet when you are there, you walk barefooted around the Temples and there is a sense of real spiritual connctivity to the divine.

My children are also so happy to return and remember the last visit and loved the video posted in this thread which showed all the places they played last time.

Maybe these monks are on the right track. I don't know. But I would like them to be correct.

I think we have to worry more about the people controlling gov't, policy and power right now. The same ones who created the nukes. I really don't think any benevolent alien is going to show up until we're ready to meet them with actual peace friendship, but that doesn't mean they won't step in to help when necessary. Why would a race of benevolent aliens want to come down now and have to babysit us?

maybe they have a sense of right and wrong, maybe they know an innocent person caught in a nuclear blast doesn't deserve to die just to make a point that man isn't worth saving because of their destructive ways. Maybe they know we are being manipulated and used and see how unfair it is for the meek that have no control of what governments and oppressive religions are subjugating the people of this earth to. Or maybe it's akin to us protecting an endangered species like some sense of duty for their own moral reasons. Maybe it's BS. Maybe I'm bored....wth

Well most beings have a sense of right or wrong. It just depends on what side your scale is tipped to. My own hypothesis is that if they are truly benevolent beings, they don't want to interfere with our species' path, unless it's absolutely necessary, and I think disarming active nuclear missiles that would be the straw to start a possible global nuclear holocaust seems necessary.

Although the meek may not have control over oppressive religions or governments, if they realize they have control over themselves, then there's no reason to fear the religions or gov'ts. Meek isn't a bad thing either, it simply means: "Showing patience and humility; gentle." The only reason we have no power is because we've given it away, for a sense of protection from fears that don't really exist.

It sounds like a hard thing to do, but I don't think we'll ever meet these "non-earth (or inner earth)" friends of ours unless we take responsibility for the power we gave away. No fear: 6+ Billion people vs. 1000+ Power hungry psychopaths

This was another interesting read.

Brings a few things to light that has been on my mind. That soon roughly 90% of the population will be wiped because of natural and man made disasters. And terms such as 'Future Earth' and 'Guardians of Future Earth' (as silly as it sounds). Becoming overwhelmed with information, thoughts, leading me to research and come to sites like this.

I have been known to be extremely quiet. More so an observer and now deciding to post out what has been bothering me. You can call me crazy or insane, maybe I am. But who is to say. Dont get me wrong, I often have a hard time believing it myself. But as mentioned in my first post on here it goes as far back as my child hood. And will admit have been around and confronted by various types of people. Never met an alien however, lol. To my knowledge any ways. With them saying I am special with, I guess (?) special energy. Maybe I am not and just comforting me. But lately, seeing many things in a whole new perspective. Slowly pushing away things that are materialistic and focusing more on the spiritual perspective of life. As well as unwillingly and literally pushed in that direction.

I have come to an understanding and have debunked many religions, in my mind. I was kicked out of Sunday school as a child for my questions. As most of what they were teaching made no sense to me. And they got frustrated because they could not answer my questions. However... there is only one I felt to be closer to what it is and how we should be. And focuses more on the spiritual perspective of life and deals with self development. Which again falls back to another repeated dream I had as a child regarding monks. Again, only two that repeated, this one and the whole 'Carnival of Serpents' interpretation. Tibetan and Buddhist ideology. Some perspective of the Runes falls along the same lines of being a Spiritual Warrior in a sense. Self Development and understanding thyself.


All in all. I can not be certain something will happen in 2012. But something in the back of my mind says otherwise. I never believed anything predicted for 2000 was going to happen as it made me laugh. But this is not making me laugh. In a sense, I see this as being the 'restart button' for humanity. Death is a new beginning. And again, as silly as it sounds and falls along the lines of being kinda Start Trek-ish. A major disaster wiping millions, then a race coming down to help and enlighten us as well as change the way we live to an understanding that there is no need to try and compete with one another. Understanding that possessions and the will to posses power and dominate over one another is pointless and only leads to self destruction. War, famine and disease will no longer exist. And that such an event will actually bring humanity closer to each other and will be more open armed in accepting help from this race that has been watching over us. Not Vulcan's, lol. But a race that similar in it ways as depicted. On top of all of this, actual changes to the human race, genetically and mentally. Start using more than 10% of our brains? New DNA? No idea.

But as mentioned. We will never fully know until it happens, if anything at all. But seems to be certain events are leading up to that with the way things have been going lately. And I am not saying what I said is real and really going to happen. Just expressing whats on my mind.

It's just like Robert Dean Said. When he read: " The Assessment" about how UFO have watched us for thousands of years. Keeping an eye on us.. I wouldn't doubt if "They" the aliens could "grow" a human to look like any race they were trying to talk too.. They have said that the ones who came to the US to talk to Eisenhower looked "Nordic". I wonder if the aliens went to the Chinese Govt and spoke to their leader they would appear Chinese. Just a thought..

I would love to know how Eisenhower (or any human being for that manner) communicated with them..

If this happens, some people will see life from another world saving us as proof that aliens have existed all along others will see god(s) coming to the rescue.

World War II is a far cry from a full blown nuclear war in terms of the number of lives that can be lost. If ET's are real and can see into the future then they probably have already forseen that the number of lives lost in World War II is peanuts compared to the effects a full blown nuclear war would have on the earth when everything is said and done.

2) Dismissed Tibetan Buddhists

To anyone with just below average intelligence, it is obvious that my remarks were made about someone claiming that these monks were "remote viewing ET's who were going to use their magic powers to save us" and calling that persons story cartoonish. The Dalai Lama himself said that believing that ET will save us is false hope. Perhaps your immense knowledge of Tibetan Buddhist monks and their communion with ET should debate him instead. Personally, I don't think this story is at all true, but I guess I'm just not as intelligent as you. I hope mocking Christians and taking comments out of context in a pitiful attempt to belittle someone helps you to feel better about yourself.
