Yah... of course. Never mind that prior to 2006 you couldn't call from a cell phone from 30,000 ft. It was too far away for the cell towers (which may or may not have been present in the mountains below) to receive their signal.

Ah yes the old idiotic cell phones dont work from planes rant.....

One problem was not calling using a cell phone, but an AIRFONE. Air Fones were specifically designed to
work from aircraft in flight - which is why they were called AIRFONES and installed on airliners!

Only last 2 calls out of 37 made from the plane were made with cell phones (Cee Cee Lyles/Ed Felt) - by which
time plane was at altitude of 7000- 8000 ft. Cell towers in that region of Pennsylvania are on mountains at
elevatiion of 3000 ft .

Two Bingham was calling his mother who was visiting her brother (his uncle) house - how would he know who
would pick up the phone?

Three - his mother, Alice Hoagland, said often adressed people in that fashion

So who to believe - his mother or idiotic conspiracy site....?

So everyone was sitting around talking on airfones and the hijackers didn't try to stop them. Or notice them. I could believe that if they used cell phones.. easy to hide, but the airfones would be corded and obvious. And what about the fellow calling from the bathroom?? Do they put airfones in there too? Ewww...

So you are saying he didn't think his own brother would recognize him??? And his mother, who answered the phone (a flight attendant for UA coincidentally), might address people thusly, but why would her own son feel like he needed to? And then ask if she believed it was him? I am pretty sure any mother would recognize her own son's voice. Oh so fishy, fishy, fishy.

So true, impressme. The FBI has more than it's fair share of TPTB owned flunkies, obviously. There are so many suspicious things about the way all of the 9-11 investigations were handled, not to mention the OS of the events themselves.

I just think Shanksville is the most obvious. Clearly, there was NO plane. And 30 year old fill dirt won't be much softer than the ground around it, after it's settled there all that time. Now if the plane crashed into a peat bog, maybe maybe you might believe that the plane was 'swallowed whole with the ground closing behind it like a tomb door". Otherwise, if this dirt is so remarkable, they should start shoveling it out and selling it eh?

Obviously this whole series of 'events' were poorly planned with TPTB probably believing they could trick everyone into believing their lame 'OS' even though there were holes you can drive a truck thru. Oh sad that so many people have believed it. Playing right into TPTB's greedy hands. *sigh*
