I jump through hoops at my own request, not someone else's. I guess this means you won't talk to me any more.
I'll happily talk to you. I just don't know what we'll talk about. Arguing against another persons beliefs is an exercise in futility. To argue against a specific case, now that has tangible merit!
Whether you choose to believe it or not I greatly enjoy talking with people that are deeply skeptical. Unfortunately most of my professional colleagues are what I would call disbelievers. They don't offer explanations. They disbelieve on faith rather than on anything they know for fact. This is not only frustrating it's boring. They refuse to confront cases that are put in front of them.
Skeptics, on the other hand, are far cry from a disbelievers. They have an explanation to backup their disbelief.
I hope you change your mind. I honestly would like to hear your take on that case.
Have you ever googled that case to see that debunking already done? Why don't you tell me what problems you have with the explanations?

This isn't really the thread to discuss this. If you've had a change of heart and would like to have a go at it. Please pop on over in to the other thread and I'll happily discuss with you.

Well, yeah, basically if it used earthly technology I'm pretty sure I would at least recognize it. We know only two ways to keep something in the air and only one of them allows a silent motionless hover. I've been saying it was close because that was our best look at it but when we first saw it it was much further away and much higher. There was wind also. Not only did it hover in complete defiance of the wind it disappeared in the distance going against the wind. It was also more or less following the Intracoastal Waterway towards South Carolina. If you can tell me what earthly technology can hang a Greyhound bus festooned with lights in the sky with no sound then I might be willing to consider the possibility it was man made.

The Germans were working on anti grav tech from the 30's with success! I find it interesting that when the war was over and numerous scientist were taken to other countries sightings increased to insane amounts.

Gawdzilla,
Ask yourself; Are the witness observations listed just coincidental or a result of "advanced technology"?

If you can't find yourself to believe credible and reputable witnesses such as airplane pilots, astronauts, police and military, .. why have this discussion?

I can understand that my explanations are mostly speculation but they fit the physical observations. I am hardly worthy of the title you have given me. Science is mainly based on tests and physical observations. My explanations are scientifically valid unlike the assumption that all UFO witnesses are deluded regardless of background and surrounding facts.
What do they say about the word 'assume'? It makes an ASS out of U and ME.
