Has anyone else had the feeling that something big is about to happen?

well, in this era. everything is bound to happen. not so long ago, people are still kinda wondering if things like sightings are real. with eveidences from all over the world, well, its up to you to whether believe it or not. sure! something bog is happening soon!

I hear voices and see/feel things others dont,for the last decade on and off what Ive heard/felt/seen has been way to much for my mind to handle and was admitted to hospital.

To cut the story down a bit 10 years ago I was told a big change will happen 'soon' I thought that meant in the next few days.Everytime leading up to Sept 07 Ive felt/seen/heard more and more and believe more and more.I made a utube and in that I said 'I believe something HUGE is gonna happen'
Last year was the first year in 5 years for me not to have been hospitalized and for the last 5 months I have been going through changes.The last 2 weeks a voice has got stronger and clearer.Ive had coincidences happen with me for a decade and now a few friends around me are having a few coincidences whilst my coincidences are becoming much more,,,I dont know what things Im gonna be saying that will happen.

Anyway so

Yes I really believe something big/huge is on the horizon.Many feel that and many feel it in different ways,,,there is alot that have prepared for this and I think so many people around the world have heard some kind of story to do with UFO's,,even if they dont believe.

i agree, something major is going to happen. i thinks it will be something that is going to change how we live. change the whole 9-5 world, change the way we use energy. its going to be drastic, but good, and i do believe it will cause chaos. i just hope im not part of the chaos.

Ive been told for the last decade that its 'soon'

When psychics/meduims recieve messages sometimes its up to 10 years before what ever was said comes true.

I'm 57. My earliest memories are around this very strong feeling that at some point in my lifetime something enormous was going to happen. I've never gotten an indication of what it might be but I know that:

1) It isn't something to do with me personally
2) It will be massive in scope
3) It won't be particularly pleasant to go though but it is 'necessary'
4) Things will be 'better' on the other side of the event(s)

I can't stress enough how constant and how strong this sense has been over the course of my lifetime. When big events happen --- like 9/11 --- I assess them and try to sense if 'this is it'. But no. Whatever it is I 'know' that it is far wider in scope and still on the horizon.

I myself just said to my husband this weekend, "something is coming" Not sure what it is, but we have had a lot of weird things happening over the past few months. I won't elaborate on it here, but I also feel it is ET/universal/cosmic related. I could swear that something or someone is trying to tell me communicate with me. I keep getting all these signs. I know, could be coincidence, but the sheer number of odd occurrences is undeniable, and no I'm not delusional, I have witnesses to these oddities.
I can't say that what is coming is all good, but I feel the result will be. The fact that there are so many people in the world that are not enlightened, unfortunately, I think that in order for mankind to ascend, there will have to be a large loss of life globally. You see it everyday. Nature is destroyed to make room for new life. Whatever happens, I don't worry too much. I'm more curious than scared. I'm here for the ride!!!!

People have been "feeling" something is about to happen for thousands of years. Heck, it's felt here on ATS on a regular basis...

Well now, although I personaly believe firmly in the existance of non terran life , and that we are visited frequently by these beings, I do not think that if theres something big comming , its going to be from that quadrant of existance.
I believe that the general feeling of anticipation, trepidation, and in some cases aprehension are well founded. We live in a time of severe economic, ecologic and political upheaval. Just this week it was mooted by various folks in the EU leadership, that a brand new Iron Curtain may raise its head, meanwhile the financial powers in the world , rather than shuffling at thier normal pace , are racing to solidify thier positions after building thier strength on sandy ground. From an ecological standpoint this world is by either the fault of man, the whim of the earth mother, or a mixture of both, changing. The polar caps have been on the shrink for some time now, the sea levels are set to rise, and weather all round the globe is changing , becoming less predictable and more extreme.
In these times of growing chaos, where the powerful and rich are so much further removed from the powerless and poor, where the good man is trodden to dust beneath the feet of insanity and greed, is it any wonder that so many among us feel a tide on the horizon?
I put it to you that this is a latant empathic/telepathic metaconcert between the more aware members of the human race, rather than a harbringer of alien disclosure.
That said, I do believe that we arent far from such a thing, but I also believe that no matter how far out ones beliefs might be, the weight of human thought is often turned toward the affairs that affect us more immediately, before looking to the stars for the cause or answer to our worries.

every now and then I see a post just like this one. The answer then was no.

You have not even given a parameter as to what your something is.

You are giving psychics everywhere a BAD NAME with this miss cleo type of generalizations.

If you are going to state something then state it!

If you don't know then don't share.

Just saying something big is going to happen is like saying its going to rain somewhere sometime soon.

I got information about 1 week ago that mid march would be a turning point. it would be the turning point we have all been preparing for ie food storage, money etc. I was encouraged to be sure and have food stored and some cash on had by mid march 2009 and i felt like soon after that things would begin to get rough. the feeling was that for instance food prices would go way up and that if i had food stored it would be easier on me. and that there might be for instance a bank holiday and having cash on hand would be helpful.

All this info came directly from my personal spirit guides. I do meditate and connect with them on a regular basis and this is the first time i have gotten any info of this nature. the info i have gotten in the past has never been wrong but it has been of a personal nature and not something i could prove to the general public.

i know this is not UFO directly related (or it could be) UFO reality being revealed with out question would cause mass chaos....but the topic is feeling like something is coming and i definitely have that going on for sure.

Thats all I wanted was someone to give a little bit of clarification as to what they were talking about. I think a good number of economic analysts could easily see this coming too.. you would have to be blind not to expect some hard times ahead in regards to the economy but in the same token I greatly appreciate you being more specific when sharing that you knew something was going to happen.

Personally I hope your guides are wrong, but the signs are pretty clear that things are not getting better although I would like to note that this is a controlled collapse. There are people in positions of power pulling the financial strings that caused this chain reaction and they could undo it all if they saw fit just as easily as they pushed that first metaphoric domino before Obama took office.

your welcome. and yes every joe blow should have some sort of idea at this point that things are headed in a bad direction. also things are always changing (as you said) and timelines are always shifting. it is very possible that things could go in a different direction. but i'm afraid it is more than obvious that the financial thing was set in motion long ago and can't really be stopped at this point. but we will see......

the UFO issue is a whole other can of worms. full disclosure (meaning actual ETs showing themselves on a mass level and not some fake set up disclosure) is NOT going to be a good thing by any stretch. from what i know the ETs with a disclosure agenda of this nature do NOT have good intentions for this planet.

Azurite, while I am in agreement with the general feeling you are getting, I hope you are prepared to keep an open mind regards the directions from which threat may come. You may have to prepare yourself for a much uglier reality than the one which you have already made allowances for. Remember, mankinds greatest enemy has always been itself, and times like this , have historicaly led to extremism, oppresion , and war. Regardless of non terran influence, please watch your back... Its always the ones who can feel the flow the most, who get swept away.

THIS JUST IN: of course. it always does. now if we could get to how signifigant, and to whom it will matter. stock market crash... big war.... big aliens... big nwo.... big terrorist attack.... big something big always happens. and whats big to me may be useless to you. and the other way. in a way, we all feel the same. now theres nothing to do but get popcorn and wait. unless someone has a manual of what to do when something big happens. and the first page says: gather all the " " you can find, or something

Replying to my own post. My personal doom was revealed the evening of Sat. 28. I awoke in tears that morning as well.
