Haha, I get a kick out of these threads. Don't listen to these nutjobs. You'll find out soon enough, if you haven't already, that it's all a load of crap. You're setting yourself up for dissapointment. I've tried atleast 6 different versions of the Ouija Board, w/ others, and by myself. In my house, in "haunted houses", in graveyards, in known spots of mass murders/deaths. Guess what happened? Yes, not a damn thing..

I've got an account for you. I was trying to remote view Mars. I was sure I could. Tried for some weeks. Disappointing failure. Used all the usual techniques, even a Cayce type technique.
Forgot about it for a few days. Then a very vivid dream that left me startled. In a locked room with an ET. But it was just a dream.
Then the poltergeist showed up. Wrote some of the strange happenings down. It left. I figured that my cats may have redirected the energy somehow.
Around here we got used to the "ghost" rather quickly. I remember breaking wind once and asking someone who also lives here if they thought the ghost could smell it.-----------------------PC

I haven't read through all the posts, so I'm not sure how things went for you, but just want to say that I hope you "closed" the session if you did contact anything. I myself (and friends) did not do so when we did and it followed us for weeks. It enjoyed breaking glass and would move back and forth between my house and my friend's houses whenever we would go. Incidentally, my user name is the name provided by the entity we contacted!

Nothing happened during the session and no i didnt close the session with anything because frankly i didnt think anything was/is going to happen. We'll see if im going to be haunted or if im going to be possessed etc... I'm still in the middle of this so im not gonna say its real or not. But i still have no evidence either ways.

Okay everyone, This is my first thread on ATS. Me and my friends are really curious about all the stories and things that happened to people that have used the Ouija Board. All my friends and i are 19 so we are fully responsible of what happens and we know the possible consequences.

We are going to Toys R Us to go buy one in a few hours and later on we're going to use it and see what happens. it will be 4 of us in my Garage. I'll have it totally dark and use a few candles to light things up.

Now i've used a Ouija board when i was around 11 years old but i cant recall anything bad that happened. My other friends havnt used one so they're very curious to see what all the fuss is about.

Any good advice you can share with me? How to get in contact with ghosts? How to make sure no demos are going to possess any of us or anything like that? Also it sounds weird but i think we all are expecting to see something really scary. I'm really excited for this and i know this sounds weird but i hope i see something really strange or have something really scary happen. As long as there's no permanent damage.

Also I know there will be a few of you discouraging me from using it but at this point we're doing it regardless. We've heard all the stories and we're just all really curious.I will have someone writing down all questions asked and all answers. If anything interesting happens i'll be sure to let you guys know.

Cheers!

You can't buy ouija boards at #ing toys'r'us they are banned world wide...Next time you make up a story, atleast find some facts.

It's definitely very important to close the session. I cannot stress this enough! When we used the board we went to one of the most haunted places where we lived, the Eanes-Marshall Ranch. Afterwards, we took several pictures around the place and caught this on film:

VERY bad idea. If you ever had a houseguest that you wanted to get rid of but would not leave then you may be in for a similar experience.

Please think about the consequences of your actions before you attempt this.

Probably to late, but good luck my friend you are going to need it.

People spend decades trying to unlock the mysteries of the paranormal and you believe you can do it within a few hours with a few mates and a board.

If you really are serious about the paranormal you should respect it and research it first as you might be a little suprised at what you find. The Butterfly effect and of course Fate being the 2 defining factors in an infinite game of cat and mouse.

Good luck and say hello to uncle ernie from me!

Did you mark 3 X's on the grave stone, have something personal and take a little earth from the grave site of the entity you are summoning ?
and for some real cool effects - use pure distilled water -- take it too priest and have it blessed ... and if the Eye starts spinning or floating spray it with holy water ... cool ... we were sort of on acid at the time but it was cool...

Do not use the board. It is in fact a portal to the supernatural. The facts are that they do attract the demons, low level, they stick around and at first its "cute"......"interesting". It then becomes addictive, the entity gives you a name, maybe children, a relative, something attractive. They know your fears and desires and will tell you things that may amaze you but its only parlor games. Now, the board goes back to 600-800 BC.

Now the hook, they stick around and eventually get bored, and it turns ugly. Many suicides, mental breakdowns, and self damage occurs.......do your research first. What I'm telling you is confirmed, can't say you haven't been warned....................

there is a way to get it started and I'm not going to pass it on. they are real and they work. DO NOT MESS with this. Its not anything you want to play with. You will not see nor ever be in contact with dead relatives. THis is a hoax and falsehood. The entities are real and they are dangerous.

I would suggest to remain completely skeptical while using the board. People are naturally superstitious and have the ability to give phenomenal reasoning to intelligent logical explanations. People that look for superstition tweak information in order to fulfill that need.

If while remaining completely skeptical something phenomenal does happen please share as I am sure the myriad of ATS minds can disect it and give it a reasonable explanation if it is indeed reasonable. I also think we as humans have the ability to summon weird phenomena when in groups occasionally. I have experienced my own weird things but 99 % of them can be logically explained. Either way good luck and be skeptical. Don't believe anything will happen and then try it again believing something will happen. This will show you the potential of the power of belief in groups. Experiment away!

The only logical explanation and factual explanation is that there are entities existing that are demonic. It is a fact. DO NOT USE THE BOARD!! its is real and it is a portal to the supernatural world. The Scottish Rite Masonry, 33rd degree, level knows how to invoke these evil entities through sacrifice and ritual. It is a fact that those that have used the board are subject to sucides, drugs, murder, self destruction, and it all depends on what demon that is allowed in............this isn't debatable, it is real.

Come again?
In the interest of anyone who reads this, can I get some of the fart bud? WOW! This I may have to make my signature of well, umm, I would rather not say.

Take care and I do truly wish you the best of luck. I leave the sig line a lot, but my devil, I think you need it.

Wow, just re-read it, you either have my kind of humor or are farther off than myself.

Cheers,

Does that really mean when you put the planchette away on top of the board that demons may exit into the dwelling?
Lets say you fall a sleep and leave the planchette on top, do the demons attack?

Let's see, Milton Bradley or Parker Bros, or who cares assembles it and ships it to Toys R us and the planchette is in top that releases nasty stuff? OK. Guessing here. 5 million made: boards that are fun to most anyone. Fact here: 100,000 who actually believe in this non sense. LMFAO! PRICELESS! YMMV.

Care and luck,

Edit to reflect: That in WAY to many places.

Are you kidding? These ones actually appear designed for children: www.toysrus.com.../TRUS/2254197&sr=1 doesn't every tween girl need a pink ouija board? And the glow in the dark board adds to the scariness. These are both available via the Toys R Us website.
