now this is a proof of low level of knowledge.
And this happens all the time and is one big factor in confusion in the field of UFO.
How anybody can say that something unknown is higher or lower than airlines?
The image even for the eyes, is 2D, bidimensional, NOT 3D, at big distances, (unless the distance to the object is not too far (meters away), when
stereoscopic vision can create the depth information).
If it is a bird, and recognise it is a bird, then the brain knows it is small, and therefore the bird is assumed right to be closer than the
airline.
If it is an insect (bug), and recognise it is an insect, then the brain knows it is even smaller, and therefore the bug is assumed right to be closer
than the airline and even closer than the bird.
If it is the moon, and you recognise that it is the moon, then the brain knows it is bigger, and therefore the moon is assumed right to be far away
than the airplane.
if you don't know what it is, and don't recognise nothing, then the brain has no mark, indication, and then it assumes something. This assuming is
only a guess. It can be right, it can be wrong.
Once a time, i saw in daylight somethink like an bright orb, moving slowly in the sky. I saw that it was NOT an airplane, or something known.
I was intrigued, and watching the silent moving object, without absolutely nothing to hint a bit to what it was, not knowing the distance, and the
size. Then, i've got the binoculars. It was a "dandelion", those seeds from the poplar tree, floating maybe approximate 20 meters up or something.
It was only one, not exactly in theri season. Only with binoculars, when trying to focus, give me the stereoscopic information to understand that it
is something small and close.
Nobody can judge the distance to an unknown object without proper landmarks. This is tottally subjective. This is why so much confusion here.
So, those banana BALLOONS, that anybody can buy, like Phage found, may be at some few hundreds metter away up from the viewer/camera, so, with 6 x
optical zoom and 4 x digital zoom, therefore 24 x zoom, (from EXIF data) can appear pretty good in the picture, and yet high in the sky to the eyes,
moving slowly.
It looks like reflective banana ballons, it moves like banana ballons, you can buy reflective banana ballons, you can launch helium banana ballons,
and i thing it is an extraterestrial ship especially morphed by the aliens to look like banana ballons, or it is a big gelly fish in the air... or in
space, like the title said
