By the way many women I know say that there are many advantages to a turtleneck.

While I wont get into the details (dont want to break T&C) being uncut actually provides benefits to a woman that being cut does not.

A lot of good points raised about what God would do with all this extra skin - perhaps make a rather fetching set of travel robes? They could fit snugly in a pocket and when you want to wear them a couple of quick rubs and you have a full sized outfit ready to go..

Another thought... if a grown man converted to Judaism would the Rabbi still perform the 'full' ceremony? Bet that would raise a few eyebrows.

MAN wrote the bible as you can see. What would a omnipotent god want with a foreskin? But if you put it in a book and say god made you wrote it then after a while people start believing it. That whole thing about its easier to clean is true but that don't make it right. Its easier to clean your feet if you don't have to go in between toes so why not just cut those off too, and um, GOD said to do it. So now we just cut off body parts because its easier to clean without them? insane. I am just wondering what some of you girls' opinions have anything to do with this? Do you have a willy that was whacked of your own? What exactly of a hard cut willy is better than a hard uncut willy? Please tell me how you can tell the difference?

You live longer with a cut willy? Where exactly can I read this medical research?

I had a girlfriend (in younger years) who didn't even know the difference because she'd never pulled out limp floppy willies to compare. I explained it to her and she was just like, "oh." Life went on as normal, sex life went on as normal, we both enjoyed it, where exactly is the drawback? When willy comes out to play, willy stands at full alert, and an uncut willy looks the same as a cut willy. Also, as stated a few posts above, it is actually a benefit for the GIRL if it's uncut.

You catch STDs if your willy is uncut? This is news to me! I've spent years upon years roaming around with a turtleneck on and being as promiscuous as the next guy and I've followed the basics: clean your freaking body, don't bang hookers, wear a condom unless you want to make a baby. I have made it unscathed and I will come back when I'm 80+ (assuming ATS is still around) to let all of you know it didn't reduce my lifespan either.

As stated before, circumcision was a PAGAN ritual and just ANOTHER thing that modern religion ripped from past religions. Organized religion is not new, it is not unique, they really only differ on a few very basic ideas, and it basically is just the previous religion rehashed for the new people with subtle changes.

And here is some news for some of you also, you don't need to be circumcised to have spirituality, and you sure as hell don't need a book with outdated myths to tell you how to be spiritual. You are God, we are all God, we are all One. Turtleneck or not.

gosh, i'm guessing a lot of babies bled to death when they first started infant penis mutalation -i hope it didn't take too long before they realized it was better to wait a little over a week before chopping bit of their children off.

However the OP makes a very salient point, why should a child, who hasn't yet learnt to speak be mutilated? Female genital mutilation is seem as a horrific crime, so why not male mutilation?

There actually is a physical difference. It may not be noticable by everyone, but it has to do with the coronal-ridge hook and vaginal walls along with the above mentioned. The foreskin can actually protect the woman from being sore during intercouse. And I think that is all that can be said without breaking T&C. LOL

Everyone should really read up on the male/female sexual organs and I dont mean watching porn. But actually read up on what does what and why. LOL Might help a lot of sexually frustrated people out there

I agree with the poster who said that if God did create man why did he give him a foreskin only to take it away.

This a ancient practice that was common in desert regions due to lack of water. It was considered cleaner.

Would you cut off your ears to make your head easier to clean ?

Circumcision apparently aids in the decrease of bacteria due to a secretion called smegma building up under the (frenula?) thinggy.

If uncircumsized men happen to be lax with personal hygiene then this build up can cause infection due to the bacteria thriving in the moist dark folds of the foreskin. Uncirced men need to keep very clean.

Natural men are men sensitive. I am not going to go into detail use your imagination here please

To all the people saying that an uncircumsised penis is just as safe as a circumsised one if they clean it regularly are speaking rubbish.

They found that people with circumsised penis's are up to 8 times less likely to catch HIV from 1 on 1 sex.

They found evidence that the HIV virus targets specific cells from the inner surface of the foreskin. These cells possess HIV receptors, making this area particularly susceptible to infection.

Oh I agree, the point I was making is that there are pyshiological benefits from not having a foreskin.
Although there are the negatives such as reduced sensitivity.
