not for nothing but, I mentioned that I filed an FOIA request with NSA to see if I had been surveilled in any way-got a response today-they denied my request, and cited executive order 12958, plus title 18, U.S. code 798; title 50 U.S. code 403-1(i) and section 6, public law 86-36 (50 U.S. code 402) as the basis for their decision..but, what was funny is that also said they would not confirm or deny having surveilled me..sounds suspiciously like "yeah we did it, and we're not telling"..
