Woah, that might be in tune with what we're seeing... it sure seems pretty quiet at the moment.

However, I didn't see the "continuous fighting until dawn" it was more sporadic really.


If they have been pushed back out of Gaza city, then I can only assume the Israelis will resort to heavier air strikes.


As for people talking about the kids playing in that courtyard... the people in that city have been under bombardment for a heck of a streak of time now, any break in the fighting to get outside and stretch their legs, I'm sure they'll take it.

Al-Jazeera on Bristish satellite TV are doing an in-depth report of last night's actions - Israel have said they cannot comment on the type of weapons they are using, cannot confirm WP use and their use of disproportionate force (which is illegal under international law). More dime bomb use reported, doctors claiming they've had to treat many people with chemical burns - supplies are running out again - and emergency crews not able to go everywhere in the city... god, what a mess.

I've shed tears this morning for the people of Palestine, which is something I don't normally do at all. The IDF needs to be stopped - at least the UN are going to investigate them but it's not enough.

Yeah, I just saw parts of that on Al Jazeera. I didn't know that the IDF used dime bombs, that's something new to me.

Just did the school run, after all this it certainly makes you appreciate everything more. Apparently phase3 has not even started yet! One can only imagine what it will be like if/when it begins.

Oh, rockets fired into Israel from Lebanon so Syria are no longer alone. How long ago did the assault stop? I went to bed at around 3:30 Gaza time and it was still going strong.

I don't know, when I watched this morning it was quiet. Apart from sporadic blasts and machinegun fire. But Ramattan didn't pan their cams to where it was coming from.

Allot of what the press is saying and what we're actually seeing just isn't lining up... major bombardments? Were they talking about yesterday thinking it was current?

One source says IDF is pushing into the city, another says it's been pushed back.


Good thing we can see at least part of the city.


I know one things for sure, many of us here who have been around for the past couple of nights have watched Israeli aircraft drop Phosphor bombs... so we know they're using them.
Regardless of what garbage Israel bothers to spew in their defense.

seen reports from hospitals where there were victims of this, as late as yesterday... It looked terrible!!!!

well all seems normal today..... havn't heard any gun fire for a while, just the odd car horn and person's yelling...... Let's hope it stays this way for a while

What happened to the feed? It won't even attempt buffering and I refresh but nada. I know it sounds irrational, but since I cannot call my cousins over there, I've been using the feed as a sort of proxy, I know they live within a few miles of the hospital, so as long as I can see the hospital is safe, I have hope for them. OMG, please, anyone know what is wrong. I feel so cut off. I cant stand it. please someone help me figure this out.

surely ramattan must have more than 1 live feed - anyone got another adress? anything in khan younis? i just heard that idf had attacked there this morning

I'm in California USA.

As of this posting, the Gaza feed shows a 30 second message with the words "Access is blocked".

Is anyone else not getting sound now?

I haven't heard any word from Phoenix in a while.....

Lot's of electronic interference atm? Possible attempts to block it, also the sound went down a while ago.

Sound is back. But they've switched over to a press converence.

What are they saying? hope this will be translated or recorded... that looks like a doctor on the right side.
