That's it.

I remembered it by e for east/west
n for north/south and z is just what's left, which is up and down.

I had to memorize that at work today because if I wrote it down I would have left it on my desk.

yes! cheers and we hope you're getting some rest for your eyes by taking turns and getting fed.

but - if it's disinformation from FEMA - that wouldn't be nice

I love that GEE has LKWY now

do you all have wild thick lines for tah17 and 18 but thin lines for lkwy?

I am watching H17 18 and 19, which is the lake? Plus am I looking at same lines - mine are blue

ok - so if that's what these lines are showing -

is it going in circles?

maybe we're looking at drills

Have you already noticed the increased volcanic activity at Latinamerica on the RSOE ?

hisz.rsoe.hu...

From Mexico to Peru there are yellow (even orange) warnings. I don't remember watching so many yesterday.

That's been the same for 3 days at least -

but I agree - it's a disturbing image so many "erupting" volcanos - makes us look like wimps with our little alert. Of course Y is a biggie if she blows.

Try it yourself study how water is getting bubbling..
Put some sand in it and do it over again.
Check the movement and slow you experiment down a bit.
My guess is you see the same in the mud effect and this movement u noticed in your post.

Definitely. And thanks for clearing that up, didn't know they were so active days before.

Yeah - blue lines - but normally its a moving line that gets all bumpy when there's a quake like you see on lkwy (you have to go back to world map and get that triangle - you can now)

but the others are so thick with crazy lines it's hard to see the quakes - at least on mine.

The caldera is the entire park itself, the lake is one of many lakes in the caldera, and of the resurgent domes, one of them is in the lake.

Strange, lkwy is still unavailable to me - even after a refresh/reboot of GEE

Keep trying. Reload if you have to. I had to have three goes before I could get it to work again. It is very intermittent.

This is for those who were wondering about direction and concerns also about the NW part of Y.
The star is just the latest event.

I had another little spike just now for LKWY and TA.H17A. Not huge though.. think it is only 1.0 if not lower.

It's not that on GEE other stations have crazy lines, they just pick up much less stronger seismic waves as they tend to dissipate over distance and confuse with background noise as the last spikes occurring on LKWY are nothing but small jolts.

Local magnitude for the last small spike occurred on LKWY for example has a maximum amplitude of 30 microns/sec and can be approximated to log10 (0.030) = -1.5 magnitude ... it's very small considering how close is this station to the epicenter of last EQs.

EDIT
By the way, GEE just stopped receiving data on my pc...

Cheers, I'll keep trying.

Anyone seeing strange readings for H17 all of a sudden?
