Well, the only skeptic on the thread is you. You were skeptical it was a plane. And it turns out to be a plane.

IMHO, the meteor is rather beautiful, and it deserves to be admired/discussed on its own merits without this kind of silliness detracting from it. But anyway.

Why? Because we don't cry UFO at every light and object in the sky? Because we raise questions that deserve answers before we believe in something so spectacular? And if you was president you would probably find out that the skeptics were right all along.... then again the president is a puppet.....

The object in the videos, a meteorite, is just that; a falling piece of astronomical real estate that was incinerated in the Earth's atmosphere. There is no evidence that a UFO followed it, tracked it, or saw it to its demise. If you have something concrete that disagrees with that, or even something that remotely suggests another premise for this event, then please present it here.

But do it without the foot stamping.

A suggestion; if you come to these boards with a serious intent, then you will receive serious replies.

And again, with respect, if you raise a subject that receives responses that you find uncomfortable, or even negative, then can I suggest that your premise, or approach, may be at fault?

If you have confidence in your own deductions, then argue them; don't just walk away as soon as the going gets tough.

UFOs exist. We all know that. But we just don't see them here.

why u people making an issue...it's not a ufo...it's the moon/star/or plane...it moves back and forth because the video was taken with a camera phone and the phone being moved around...gez...stop making issues over stuff like this...it gives legit sitings a bad rep.

omgosh yeah in the 2nd shot it does look kinda saucer-ish...like a steroetypical ufo lol

When ever a camera moves around, the images in the camera's view move around too! Crazy concept, I know, but if you take a video camera and point it at a street light, then jerk it back and forth guess what...the street light now looks like a a zig-zagging UFO. I believe UFO's exist, but this video shows me nothing more than Santa's sleigh flying around doing "dry runs" preparing for the upcoming holidays!

lol, I just love how in the description of the video it explains its really a plane, lol just classic...

If you guys really want to see ufo's, mount some still video cams around the outside of your house, roll the tapes and review them everyday till you finally got your proof...

SHOCK OUT!

Maybe it was a beam trying to shootdown the ufo like in the nasa video where u see a beam being fired at a ufo.

Just a suggestion.

If you go to Global News Edmonton (or on Youtube) and watch the footage of the 'object' filmed from a police car cam, you can see a lit lamppost on the side of the street.
Then watch the clip again from this site and it really looks like the white 'orb'...'ufo'... is the street light..
