I genuinely see no movement of that white dot independent of the camera movement. When the asteroid/whatever is in shot, that's really obvious. At the end, there's nothing to go by, but I would assume the cameraman is still as jittery then as he was two seconds earlier.

What I do see is a splinter of the meteorite pacing the main body and burning up alongside. And I certainly do not see the white dot to the right stop, or reverse.
I'd like to point out that the video in question was taken with a Canon A510.
The author of the video also stated:
The brilliant fireball appeared to be closer than the airplane in the upper right corner of this video. I made the movie using a Canon A510.

And this puts to rest the alleged UFO in the upper right corner (R.I.P. †).
Regarding what it was, i'd wait until they (hopefully) find the crash site: so far, the nature of the object is uncertain.
