17 But from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you must not eat, for on the day you eat of it you will die."

18 And Yahweh God said, "It is not good that the man is alone. I will make for him a suitable helper."

Did God originally have the intentions of creating Eve??? After he created Adam, he felt adam needed a "suitable helper" so he created Eve, adn they later procreated. The fact that they procreated would mean that Adam already had a penis, and sperm lol.... Now If God obviously had no intentions of orignally creating Eve, why would Adam have needed sperm???

Was beastiality acceptable? lol

Maybe the whole writings of Adam & Eve were falsely written by a man who wrote a story because he didn't even know how we came to be here? I can't tell you anything about this because I don't know either.

You know what, that is actually a pretty good point! I know a couple people who believe the story of Adam and Eve is 100% true and is meant to be taken literally in Genesis. I wonder what they'll have to say to this.

For a very creative question!

After the initial chuckle I suppose that is a very interesting question to pose.

Developed and installed for future use (pending the developer's decision) or woman was still in design phase.

I have never thought of that. This is even better than "Did Adam and Eve have belly buttons?".

Yo, DS. You might want to consider the story of Lilith...

According to Hebrew legend, the first woman God created
as a companion for the first man Adam was a strong-willed lady
named Lilith... More info here

Heh..Heh...! That's pretty easy....

When God put Adam to sleep, and made Eve from a rib..

He obviously modified Adam too...!

Upgrade...Reboot... Testing.... Testing....

Oh that's weird, a story in the bible that makes no sense and actually creates way more questions than it answers.

The question you're asking is moot. None of that ever happened, the story is all about symbolism and metaphors. It's not real at all.

That's like me asking....wait.....if smurfette was the only female smurf, then where did they all come from, and how will they sustain their society with only one female.

Awesome question !
What a brilliant observation, starred & Flagged !

The lack of reaction from fundie- creationist christians in this thread is revealing btw.

Obviously Papa Smurf and the never-before-seen Mama Smurf were very busy! They proceeded to have multiple baby boy smurfs yet only one girl smurf.

It's a valid question to those that believe this story as a literal truth instead of a metaphor.

And if God created us "in his image", then that means God has a penis, too. Why does he need that? There is no Mrs. God as far as I know, and if there was, why do they need to have sex? And let's not even get started on God's digestive tract.

And people still take that book seriously. What a laugh.

So then did Adam have testicles?

OK, then did God stick a pair of testicles on Adam when he created Eve? And put a prostate in him?

And how can we be in his image after these modifications? Does that imply that God has no balls?
