You take the saw and you cut the plank in half, two halfs make a whole, and you climb out the hole. ;(

I think I like yours better though, they are realistic instead of just a play on words :w:

My guess would be you cant sleep IN a pillow but ON one.

I was wondering if that was a typo or not actually.

They did say the answer had something to do with a volcano so that is why I thought of the pillow lava

ha, yes, But then again, I heard it before

umm ok let me think. Ok here is one that I have heard before that I always thought was a clever little riddle.


A man lives in a high rise apartment. Everyday, when he leaves for work, he takes the elevator all the way down to the bottom. Yet when he returns home, he takes the elevator half way up, gets out and takes the stairs the rest of the way up. Why?

Very good Roswell, you are exactly right! You even rememberd the part about the umbrella that I forgot in the riddle. I knew there was something I was leaving out!

Guessing it's my turn now:

You throw away the outside and cook the inside. Then you eat the outside and throw away the inside. What did you eat?

Hope this one hasn't been done yet, I read the first 6 pages of the thread then realized there were 20 pages...
