Terrorists in the middle east?
Do you really believe that a small puny group of fanatics could actually affect the U.S in any way?
You are probably one of those people that thinks Iran could actually launch a missile all the way to America. Maybe if you looked at the map of the world a little more often than looking at the map of the U.S, you would know that they couldn't do that.
The points you pick out from my previous post and how you reply to them shows that you don't know how to reply to the whole or bulk of what I am saying.
GOD knows at least half of the people voting for McCain are only voting for him out of prejudice towards Obama
And no, it is not a good thing to not care about what others think.. that proves that America is an arrogant nation.
Breaking News: Plot to assassinate Obama.
Need I say more?
Oh yes, Iran would never ever use a nuke against Israel or try and sneak a bomb into the U.S. via their state funded terror groups like Hezzbolah.

Looking on Google Maps, Abu Kamal in Syria is on a main road between Syria and Iraq; the M5 and road 12.
Perhaps the USA would be better defending the border and catching the enemy before they cross the border.
The U.S. operation was precipitated by intelligence that he was planning an imminent attack in Iraq, a senior U.S. official told The Associated Press. U.S. intelligence picked up similar reports last spring. The information — not detailed enough to take action on — was followed by the killings of 11 Iraqi policemen just over the border from Abu Ghadiyah's Syrian compound. He personally led the attack, the official said.
"The trip wire was knowing an attack was imminent, and also being able to pinpoint his location," the official said.'
The U.S. official confirmed that women and children were at the house, but he said "they were protected at the objective and left behind." He did not specifically address whether any women and children were among the casualties. He said "several" men were killed and identified them as Abu Ghadiyah's body guards.
The United States has been asking Syria to hand over, capture or kill Abu Ghadiyah for months or years. The U.S. Treasury Department claims he ran a resupply operation on the Syrian border.
Syria rebuffed the U.S. request, saying it was monitoring Abu Ghadiyah's activities, said two U.S. military officials with direct recent knowledge of U.S. intelligence in western Iraq

Umm....yes, now you got it.
Do you live under a rock?
Have you heard of 9/11, the USS Cole and the numerous U.S. military barracks and embassy’s which were bombed?
Oh yes, Iran would never ever use a nuke against Israel or try and sneak a bomb into the U.S. via their state funded terror groups like Hezzbolah.
Yeah, because it really shows how ignorant and misguided your views really are.
Of course but it's due to his leftist, liberal, socialist and Marxist views and NOT because of the colour of his skin. Again, your ignorance of America is astounding.
Of course people will do what is best for their own country. Nobody else is going to look out for one's country except for the people living in the country. I'm sure France or Germany will do what is best for them and so of course Americans will do what is best for America regardless of what other think. Your bias is apparent.
Yes, because what's your point?
Oh yeah, two people represent the whole country. I'm sure no other country including yours has no crazy people living in it's borders.
Besides, why are you so quick to believe this story by the U.S. government and not the one's regarding the military? I see, you just pick and choose what to believe at random. Pathetic!
Mr Bergman told Sky News the raid happened after America had lobbied Syria intensely to deal with an al Qaeda group conducting activity on the border.
The Syrians were unwilling to be seen publicly bowing to US pressure to tackle the group, he says, but in the end gave the Americans the green light to do so themselves.
He claims the Syrian government told the Americans: "If you want to do this, do it. We are going to give you a corridor and carte blanche. We will not harm your troops."

What is interesting is that US forces usually prefer night time to conduct such raids. Must have been a time sensitive target.
Hopefully they were able to achieve what they were after!
The unidentified US official said the weekend raid on the Syria-Iraq border had been "successful," and that among those believed killed was Abu Ghadiya, "one of the most prominent foreign fighter facilitators in the region."
