I wasn't aware of this particular bit of information. So now even the state's foster systems don't even keep track of the children they're supposed to be protecting and have under their care? I mean you could argue that some of the may run away, but what about the others? What happens to this children. If they're not in the system then where the hell are they? I know this may sound kind of "out there" but do you guys think that the foster care system in America was setup in reality not to "protect children", but more like a sort of farm system that can supply children that no one wants, or have no family to some sort of government program or some other reason? I know it sounds stupid, just some ideas I've been throwing around in my head.

Thank You. To tell you the truth this thread turned out way better than I expected and I would like to thank all of you who've contributed your precious time and information to shed light on this very important issue confronting us today.

In regard to this thing going on globally, I would like to say that this happens all over the world, don't think that it is restricted to the US, I live in Australia, in Perth, and recently the Police Force together with the Special Investigative Services, did a major a bust on at least 130 school teachers in Perth, who were all convicted of possessing, viewing and in some cases recording child pornography, and they are all still being tried in courts, I hope they get what they diserve

! This thing is a global issue and it needs to be stopped soon, unfortunately, it seems many governments around the world are somehow connected with the whole child abduction/pornography/sex trade "thing" or are corrupt and are being silenced by other organizations or persons. It's a terrible shame things like this go on, and I cannot imagine what type of people do these horrorific acts!

And those are school teachers! The people parents trust with their children, to take care of them and educate. It's makes me sick to my stomach.

As for the number of children abducted in 1999, 58,000, or whatever it was, I would just like to say, even if 95% of the children were recovered as someone said, we don't know who kidnapped them, what they did to them or where they were taken, who knows, anything is possible. If the children were kidnapped for experiments maybe they have been brainwashed into thinking nothing happenned, and were simply returned by whoever because they were not need anymore,etc. Or were transported overseas for the sex trade and returned?

BINGO! Eventhough many of these kids are recovered that still doesn't explain the fact why they were kidnapped in the first place, what they did to them and so on and so forth.

Considering what we've unearthed, BE OPEN MINDED, don't discredit things because they're simply to far-fetched or diabolical to be true, I bet you something weird is going on that involves governments, high-ranking officials and large organizations, people with power are probably the ones doing this, most likely for profit, as someone said, the sex trade is a 20 billion dollar a year industry, or who knows, maybe experiments, training children for something, or simply for some sick people's pleasure

(I'd would hate to think that was true, but who knows!)

Im currently finishing Icke's newest book called "Tales from the Time Loop", in it he goes in depth about many of the things you mentioned in your post. I don't know if I believe any of it, but I like to keep an open mind on such things, meaning im not dismissing it.

I have read his work too. I Have different beliefs but do not rule out the option of another race that is reptilian. Thor & many other legends ( Michael the arch angel ) talk about wars with dragons/serpents. Anyway the same thing came to mind. Like they were feeding the reptiles these kids. I tend to be a bit sceptical of his work if only for the fact that his theories seem to be all over the place. Im not saying he's right or wrong, but I I like to keep an open mind about, if only for the sake of entertainment if nothing else.

After reading this you'll understand why some of us get so 'cut' when others don't believe (or worse still do, but deny) how BIG the "problem" is. It's near to impossible to get justice through "proper channels".

I can't remeber what page on this thread but someone mentioned that children were being taken by the aids scociety when it wasn't neccessary to do so. Came across this yesterday in The Toronto Sun. This is very sad and not mention scary.

The teen was charged with what Niagara Regional Police allege was a premeditated killing after the toddler died in a Welland hospital Thursday.

The accused is a ward of the Niagara Region children's aid. The dead child was a ward of Haldimand-Norfolk children's aid.

After reading the story posted by lobo76 I was saddened but at the same time not suprised at all. Stories like this don't get reported in the media with any regularity, when in reality this is a really widely underreported problem not only in the United States but in different parts all over the world.

Thank you for posting that story, it is a grim reminder of the kind of world we live in today and although we may feel powerless to do anything about it, we can't ignore its there.

Thank you, and I agree this is a very important topic. I started this thread a long time ago after reading an article in the newspaper. Since then its taken a life of its own and has gone in many different directions. Im just glad people are still posting on it and voicing their opinions and learning.

in my opinion , any race of aliens who truly wanted to kill us off would adopt a different approach altogether. they would impart scientific knowledge to our leaders, knowing full well that within a few decades we would be sitting on a hi-tech powderkeg that threatened to wipe us off the face of the earth. then they would watch as our ideologies tore us apart.

sadly, that seems to be the most likely outcome of everything i see, despite the valiant efforts of many people to counter it with "new thought" and all the rest.

in short, by far the biggest threat to earth's children is......earth's adults.

Yes I agree with you, but I wasn't talking about aliens. The reptilians aren't aliens..I think they could be demons on another demension possessing the bodies. While this seems uttery rediculous, it could very well be true. I did have an experience with two of them as well. You can read my story on one of my posts.

Occultist secret societies performing experiments and using mind controlled individuals as drones; the following article even mentions the disappearance of 1m children p.a. in the US alone. dunno, the lost children are real, kidnapping rings are real, too, even though only minor operatives are usually cought (f.ex cases Fourniret and Dutroux in Belgium and France). I think it's safe to connect Ciudad Juarez with these atrocities, perhaps even a sizeable amount of alledgedly alien abductions.

Another kind of child abuse that is going on is being commited by the drug companies in co-operation with our goverments orphanages. It also involves children in the foster care system.

One line that really disturbed me from these stories was:

"If children refused to take them by mouth, workers at Incarnation force-fed them the drugs through feeding tubes inserted into their stomachs."

Another that was maybe more disturbing was:

"In return for allowing their children to be exposed to toxic chemicals, the families were to have received $970, a free video camera, a T-shirt and a framed certificate of appreciation."

My father has been working for the NCMEC for a few years now. The high numbers of missing children for unknown reasons are very real, but not considered extremely disturbing. 'Unknown' does not automatically mean black ops, lizard people, and underground cities. Much like how 'UFO' has gained the conotation of an alien, when it is infact just something in the air that can not be identified. The children are missing for reasons in which local police could not solve. A majority of their reasons fall into one of the basic catagories(runaway, injured, dead, kidnapped, etc.) but there was insufficent evidence to prove so.

Sadly there is a significantly disturbing amount of children who fall into the feild of human trafficing, most of which end up in russia and asia. Something overlooked, which may have been mentioned previously but i did not see it, is a sharp increase in human trafficing to accomodate the world cup.

Many people also mentioned the amber alert system, or lack thereof. Amber alerts are actually given out all the time, but generally only within the small communities in which the child is missing from. Comcast works with the NCMEC, having all local amber alerts sent to their pagers. I can not say from personal experience, but ive heard their pages get their fair share of use because of it. Amber alerts are also only conidered affective immediately after the child has gone missing. Many reports come days, even weeks, late. Thus greatly degrading the validity of their usage.

Coming from someone who has seen the inner working of how missing and exploited children are handled, i will agree that it is indeed fundamentally flawed and in need of change. Unfortunately the system is so far behind it will never receive the attention it deserves.
