BigFoot Found??? press conference scheduled.

I see how someone could invest a lot of time, energy and money into creating a hoax like this...... but how could someone _make_ money by doing so?

Real or not..... I hope these icky idiots haven't spawned any children on this earth... like, eeewww... ya know?

2 cents - I was thinking the exact same thing and was going to post the same as you but I had to read through all of the posts first and you beat me to it. The nose and facial hairline are exactly the same - even though some "forensic expert" here said that this is authentic in his opinion. I hope if I am ever murdered I get a different "autopsy technician".
I think that, just like the people who think every little blurry picture of Venus or grainy movie of mylar balloons or space dust an inch from the shuttle camera is proof of alien visitation, the hardcore bigfoot believers will justify this when the body disappears or is stolen or taken by the men in black. They won't accept that these guys are hoaxters trying to perfect their "craft".
Personally, living in Washington state, I believe that the existance of an ape-like hominid hiding in the forests in the Northwest is FAR more likely that aliens breaking the laws of physics to travel light years to Earth just to graffiti our corn fields.
One thing to consider in the hugely forested mountains of the Northwest is that there are dozens and dozens of airplanes that have crashed into the wilderness and have never been found. If we can't find a large piece of shiny airplane wreckage jusy lying there in the woods, what makes us think that we will find a dark ape-like creature who doesn't want to be found. Even so, these pictures are fake and if they are proven to be authentic I will be ecstatic to admit that my opinion was wrong.

They have had this corpse what 3-4 weeks?

Simple have a legit scientist verify it, Have clear photos and video, call all the news agencies, cnn, msnbc, fox etc etc show the corpse and evidence and wait for a offer.

Are you serious? You think this is real? This is a very cheap fake costume laid out on the ground empty. The "fur" looks like the same stuff you find on a cheap stuffed animal. There is no substance to the body, no injuries, no blood...

Look at "rifleman1974"'s other video .. some hokey footage of the same costume, this time with someone in it and walking around very awkwardly.
The "live" bigfoot video was posted Mar 28, 2007; the "dead" bigfoot video was posted May 18, 2007. What do YOU think the odds are that he found the very same bigfoot seven weeks after filming it the first time and shot it?

O.K. Anybody that is on the fence, or leaning towards hoax....well get off the fence and stop leaning already, your stinking up the place, lol. It is not real, period. I know some want to believe other wise, but desire, faith or belief can't make something this frigging stupid be real. Sorry.

There will be no body presented for examination (gee, wonder why) and maybe, just maybe they will try to continue the hoax by presenting "organic samples" for testing or something. But whatever happens, nothing will come of this, these guys are yanking your chains.

How this went down, how it is being presented, and those involved should indicate to ANYBODY with half a brain that it doesn't deserve a multi-page thread on a fine board such as this. Let it go and allow these guys to embarrass themselves without your help.

HOAX. Total hoax. Look at the people involved. Do your homework.

I'm just curious as to what kind of excuse the hoaxers will come up with when the "body" doesn't show up to the press conference. Any guesses?

My guess is they won't have a clear explanation, probably some smoke and mirrors response.

I just cannot believe how much credence some people are giving this when one look at the pictures is sufficiant to show the whole thing up for the hoax that it is.

If YOU or I had a bigfoot corpse I can gurantee you would take some high quality photos of it and if you didn't you would find someone who could.

You can buy a £50 camera that would take MUCH better pictures than the one I've seen so either they have been made to look poor or a very low quality camera was deliberatley used.

If you had a bigfoot corpse in your possession there would be no press conferences, as soon as you made it public EVERYONE would be all over you, experts, officials, just about everyone would be at your front door within hours, the big news broadcasters, EVERYONE. That would be the kind of situation where you do not make the rules.

The fact that nobody who's opinion matters has had anything to say speaks volumes.

The pictures look ridiculous, they are so obviously not real that I cannot understand why a single person here is taking it seriously.

If I am wrong I will eat my words but let's be honest, if someone had a bigfoot body there would be better pictures and it would be all over the news by now.

If you found a bigfoot, even if you were a dumb redneck you would not toss it into a chest freezer, you would take it somewhere where it could be properly stored and examined. I also find it highly unlikely that these people have the ability to analize dna by themselves.

Okay, here's another photo montage, as I noticed the second costume photo that had the same side view as the freezer shot. I tilted it 15 degrees to match the freezer photo and put it together with the other costume photo.

Well, you know, it all depends on your point of view. If I showed you a costume that looked so much like a gorilla that it could be mistaken for one, you wouldn't thereafter assume that every gorilla you saw was the costume, you'd think they did a great job on the costume!

So you could say "hmm, the bigfoot looks a lot like that costume. Probably a hoax I guess."

Or you could say. "Wow, they did a great job on that costume. Maybe the person who made it had actually seen a real bigfoot!"

Obviously it's a great costume for $450. I only did the montage to make it easier for people to decide for themselves as it showed up on the cryptomundo site shortly after the beginning of this thread. Somebody else was doing their homework before I found the costume site.

After my first 5 minute montage on the last page, I noticed the second costume photo had the same profile as the freezer photo, so I decided to make a better montage with a 3-photo comparison and spent about 15-30 minutes - my work is not perfect in alignment & size but close enough for our purposes here - I think.

One could expand by doing overlays & measurements, but a quick look at the hairlines, forehead lines, nasal shape & size makes them look awfully similar to the story's photos.

Hey as far as I know the costume makers could of had a real bigfoot as a model.

I'm just trying to look at it with an open mind & this is the information available to me at this point.

I get excited about bigfoot, not because it is a new species but because i seriously believe it to be an alien construction, bio-engineering would probably be more accurate. Capturing a bigfoot vehicle is equivalent with capturing a flying saucer, both are engineered by non-humans. The creature in the "dead bigfoot" video and the creature in the freezer have the same pattern. There are slight differences due to the positioning of the head, in the video, the face is pressing the ground, in the freezer, who knows? I wouldn't get my hopes up about an autopsy revealing anything (remember the Roswell alien autopsy?) and the body will mysteriously disappear.

Actually Bushnell has a award of 1Mil for the first photo of Bigfoot. This came out this year.. so

Now maybe they are angling for this?

You know.. it's close. But the nostrils are smaller on the freezerfoot.


They did model this off of real apes, so it would make sense that a real animal would look much like a costume made of it.

nobody has brought it up so I will.

Imagine if this creature is self-aware. What if he can think and possibly even have language skills !

It might explain why they have managed to hide themselves from the world all these many years.

Bears dont hide from us. They go about their instintive business and if we see one the bear doesnt care. Amazing if this is true because it would take almost purposeful thought to avoid us for this long.

And then there is the religious ramifications. Suddenly we arent the only special race on the planet that was chosen to be aware of himself. It will be very strange to think of two species of humans living on the same planet.

And what about the creationists and their belief system ? Bigfoot might very well represent clear proof of evolution. Here may be an example of a evolutionary path split from some common ancestor.

I was basing my opinion on the surroundings, the brilliant colors and the transparent faces among the trees. I agree the "bigfoot" looks hoakie, and the second video is even worse. Here's the thing, i cannot conceive of bigfoot as an animal, i see it as an alien recreation vehicle. In that sense, i think they are real and they can't be killed. It doesn't even matter if the thing on the ground started out as a costume, once these "entities fill it out, it's a bigfoot. Think intelligent aliens, think about how they tricked Dr. Reed/Rutter near Seattle, Washington, when he carried an alien he thought he had killed out of the forest and put it where? In his FREEZER. Is there a pattern here?

Really? If you go to view the body perhaps you could get some high res photos and even examine the body a bit and report back to ATS.

I really want to believe this is the real deal but the way those idiots act in their video's and the fact that they are dealing with a known hoaxer is what is keeping me somewhat distant from this. It would be great to have an ATS'er confirm this finding.
