I guess that is cool the Democrats walked out on the Repubs....

The thing that bugs me is that the problem is going to be there waiting for them when they return. Turning their back on the problem is not going to solve the issue, and though what they did makes fun of the Reps, it's essentially what this country has been doing for many years. It bugs me more of course that free energy is not even on the radar, and we've been talking about solar and wind since the 1970s. It was then that we needed to do what they are doing now to make that happen.

Now I see in the news that gas prices are dropping because Americans don't have any money to spend on anything else!

Were they wanting to see how far they could push the price of gas before people busted?

GM is laying off more workers because their truck and SUV sales, which was sort of keeping the company alive, is no longer happening. The President of GM says they didn't see this coming??

The Reps don't have the answer, the Dems are only slightly better...what's it going to take to inspire real change?

WTF man I hate Pelosi, and I sure had no choice of her being the head hancho or whatever. I still plan on voting for Obama, but that is pretty #ed up of Pelosi, I was never a big fan of her at all. If after three days nothing happens, I reccomend the republicans just depart and enjoy their recess as they have the past eight years.

This looks more like a simple political stunt to earn points for the GOP. For all we know, these few Reps may be the highest paid by the oil lobbyists.
