I wonder if I should invest in designer tin-foil hats?

I use a cell phone. It is a 500 minute plan per month, of which I use maybe 100 minutes per month. That's not alot of talk time at all. Cell phones have me a bit paranoid just because I know the NSA wants to know what kind of pizza I order.

I'm on a $10 bi-monthly prepaid plan and I rarely ever talk on it, mainly texting.
I really only got it for the dinky camera, just in case I spot a UFO
