I agree, I've been unbearably tired lately, and I'm not just talking tired, I'm talking heavy, foggy head and slight headache, and I'm not the only one. My 16 yr old son has been sleeping from around 10 at night until around 11 or 12 the next afternoon, and my 4 yr old son, who is autistic, and has dodgy melatonin levels and NEVER sleeps and can survive on around 5 to 6 hours a night, actually had to be woken by me for school last Friday which has never happened before.

Its interesting that this has been brought up.

Cheers, Littlemopeep.

Hello,

I am also tired as well, have been since July 4th. I have been tossing and turning at night, having horrible nightmares. My husband hasn't been able to sleep, and my kids are exhausted too. It's been hot and humid in NH USA. All of my friends have been tired or no energy. Had no idea it was happening everywhere. Not sure what it could be?

[Hello,

Yes, you hit it right on the head! We too have been suffering from respitory problems the last month or so, very strange indeed!? Something I usually never get or if I do, I am able to get rid of it fast but it has been lingering on for about a good month now?!

I live in Mexico, and this is happening here too, The "modern" way of life i presume is the answer, the use of the idiot box (tv) in the past and now the arrive of a worst, the use of the idiot box plus (computers and internet), i recently see young women and men, eating hamburgers at macdonalds, separated one of each other, attached (like slaves) to their computers, very overweighted, while thier children play, loosing the joy of playing with thier kids... wasting this vital energy, and living in a miserably way.

Hy,
wake up.
i live on this planet too.
Lay down if it is a sunny day outside. Look up to the stars and ask the universe what we´re all waiting for.
What we have to do we´re all humans.

I know you don't consider chem trails to be a suspect in all this

but you just mentioned the immune response - and I have been noticing all kinds of people being diagnosed with all sorts of immune system related conditions

I'm not knowledgeable enough to know if it really is all that high a number - but seems unusual to me to hear it over and over from completely unrelated people

I think there is a connection somehow to the run down feeling everyones been experiencing

I'm not a true follower of the chem trail subject - so I'm sure there's plenty I need to learn - and maybe this has already been covered

but these connections interested me:

Barium is consistently found when chemtrails have been analyzed

Barium can run down the immune system

it's recently been discovered that the pandemic of 1918 killed the least likely victims - younger healthy adults - by causing a "cytokine storm" - causing the a healthy immune system to overreact

there's a lot of info out there - here's one link:

www.stjude.org...

there is something known as sick behavior - simple enough - the behavior we exhibit when we're sick:

www.annalsnyas.org...

what if a population was constantly being exposed to barium, or anything that brings down the immune system?

it's not an inoculation - and it's no guarantee - but it may be just a numbers thing

maybe just enough to limit the damage of a pandemic - keep the numbers down

so - we're being made sick - in order to avoid becoming really sick

like I said - I'm new to this topic - so I don't know that much about what's been said

but from what I've read - it's pretty much North America, Europe, Australia and South Africa

if I were the suspicious type - would be easy to see which countries were just going to be "let go"

Unusual one this, but definitely a "current event" of the "other" variety.

I'll qualify my position by saying I'm not sure if its a local thing to me, or something more widespread, but fascinatingly - it could tie into this thread.

Everyone, and I do mean everyone I come across at the present time, from friends and associates, through to work colleagues and even people who's conversations I hear in the street all seem to be saying the same thing, that they are tired and run down, and have no idea what they've done to cause it.

So, firstly, is anyone else experiencing this in other parts of the world, and if so what do you think its down to? Atmospheric effects, weather conditions, missing time and being out of sync (as alluded to in the thread I linked) some kind of virus, global conciousness or something even more sinister?

this is exactly what I was trying to say in this thread. Many of the post here are exactly what started with me. That is why I am so confused as to wether it wass really from al qaeda or a false flag terror attack.

I have the same problem & don't think its related to illness or the weather. I usually can get a lot of things done very quickly but the last month or so I seem to just keep looking at things I need to get done but can't seem to get up the energy to do them. Maybe its mind control?

I've been a member for over a year now, and although this is my first attempt at posting, I must say that almost everything I've read has been most interesting, to say the least!
Regarding this 'tired feeling', it's something I've wondering about, since many folk I've talked to here up in northern Ontario appear to be experiencing the same feelings of being not quite themselves, including myself. Being that the town in which I live is at least 300 miles from the nearest international airport, a vapour trail from a high flying plane is a rare thing, or was until the beginning of last summer! At least once a week since I first noticed them, jets have been leaving a grid pattern of vapour trails that just haven't been disappearing as they usually do, but instead have been spreading out and turning what was a clear cloudless day, into one that is overcast and dull by late afternoon. I don't know what these jets are spraying, but I'd sure like to find out. The local weather station is of no help either, and just don't appear interested! I was forced to retire due to injury, from a career of working in the field of forestry and wildlife conservation, and had until last year seen anything in our skies, like what I'm seeing nowadays!
Thank you all for making this website the most interesting one I've yet come across!

I'm guessing it has something to do with our crappy economy.... everyone i know has been sleeping like crazy even my four year old daughter... who never sleeps... i think it's depression. people find it difficult to get out of bed when their depressed... although i do see a bit off improvement over the last two days or so... i went to bed at 3am and woke up again at 930.. which is pretty normal for me, as opposed to last couple of weeks going to bed at 1100 and sleeping till 11. i really think life is just pretyy much boring and depressing and it seems much happier to lay in bed all day rather than get up an face the issues.

I , my family and co-workers have been reporting this Tired phenomena. I think is some sort of control mechanism chemical or technological.

I think it would be great if someone would start a new thread on this topic and ask folks limit it to providingthe following info only:

1. Age
2. Location
3. illness symptoms (ie. chest congestion, nasal symptoms etc etc)
4. hours of tiredness and sleeplessness
5. Exercise level
6. dietary habits
7. length of time these symptoms have been presenting

Then maybe we could get more scientific in our analytical approach to what seems like an overwhelmingly universal phenomena

I would do it but I am limited on time (being at work)

Personally I think it would be advantageous to limit input to those who have noticed a sudden onset of these issues. If my mind wasn't so foggy lately I would be fairly confident in saying that I've been keenly aware of my symptoms since July 4, but it's likely it started earlier, I just don't remember. I have been in such a fog lately that I find myself forgetting the names of people I know well in conversations etc.

If I had to describe my most obvious and troubling symptoms in one statement it would be this;

My internal clock seems to have flip flopped, or reversed. I'm working on 3 hours of sleep, after laying in bed last night for 4-5 hours awake. The night before I slept only about 5 hours. I usually fall right to sleep, and am generally very healthy. Troubling.....hmmm

It's funny you should say that. I'm here in Ghana, and for something like the past three weeks, I've been feeling really tired. And it's not just me, family and several people I know are having the same experience. This can't be coincidence.

I have been feeling mentally tired for the last couple weeks or so. I will stay up real late and wake up real early (early considering how late I went to bed). And this isn't a sleepy tired, which could be contributed to not enough hours of sleep. Its an apathetic, lazy tired.

People around me have been having the same experience. There has also been an increase in sudden health issues in my family. Its like its all happening at the same time.

My grandma had a heart attack recently. Granted, her diet pretty much explains it, but it was like it was out of nowhere. My dad, my mom and I have been real tired and run down. My sister yesterday fainted for no reason (no drugs, no health problems). My aunt and cousin were diagnosed with some anxiety disorder recently.

Maybe it is all just coincidence. I don't doubt it is. But it just seems out of place. Maybe all of our lifestyles just caught up with us at the same time? I don't know.

Another odd thing I have experienced is, lately, I have had these blackouts. They last, at most, for about a second or two, but I feel disoriented afterwards. I've been having head pains in strange places (meaning not just a headache). I've had rib, stomach and leg pains at random times. I've had these spells where I just did not know what was going on, even if I didn't "blackout".

I'm 20 years old with absolutely no health problems, nor any history of health problems. These things shouldn't be happening this frequently.

This is an interesting thread and observation. I wonder if it is natural or "more sinister". What I do know is, we'll probably never know.

I have been tired too. Could it be the "spiderweb" of electrical currents from cellphone towers, wireless internet, HAARP, microwaves as black-ops practice on large areas of the population? Has anyone noticed a concommitent decrease in cognitive ability like typing and spelling too? Has anyone else experienced a sort of all over numbness, even in the tongue?

I Have been very tired lately. I had a heart attack 10 years ago at age 39. Spent 7 days in a comma and and arrangements made for my passing. So I always kind of attributed my tiredness to a week heart. But I work hard and work out at home a few times a weak and my heart has improved. However my biggist complaint to my cardio Doc. is I have been Extremly tired In the last year or so. This is the first time I have heard anyone bring this up. Thanks

Hey everyone!
Have you ever thought about radiation? I'm talking about ElectroMagnetic Radiation (EMR)as pollution.
Read www.bioinitiative.org - the public report.
Also go to www.antennasearch.com Put in your local information and see how many cell towers there are in your area.
While it has been widely accepted as a huge problem in europe, cell phone usage and towers (not to mention TV and radio towers) have been proven to be disruptive to the brain. one study shows 5 minutes of cell phone use disrupts the brain activity of 14 year olds for two hours. Tumors and leukemia can result. However my own research indicates another long term problem no one can easily address and that is continued EMR radiation causes stressand depletion of the immune system.
Stress is what is making us tired. Of course there are other causes as well but this is major. Finally to wrap up, towers can be used by "others" for surrepticious reasons.
