I have skimmed the main points and sub-topics throughout this book. Here soon I'm going to give it a very deep reading and probably take notes. I will probably have questions, so stay tuned, brothers.

Looking forward to it although it seems you may have been banned with the tilde.

Dear fellow Masons,

I am currently reading a book called "The Builders: A story and Study of Freemasonry by Joseph Fort Newton, Litt.D. I was wondering if you any of you have ever read it's text or can relate to Joseph? I find a lot of things he has written very intriguing. In the chapter named "The Working Tools," he speaks of the Swastika and how the foundation of this symbol recently brought about reflects negative feelings and words. Before the times of Hitler this symbol was a meaning of "to be well". I was just wondering why such an ancient symbol like this one was turned into something negative in the reflection of ancient history?

I hope all is well and Happy Christmas Eve,

Igzbe

Because many people have short memories or are ignorant of the history of a symbol

there are 97 degrees in this rite. If numbers are your thing, there are plenty here.

How about you just go 37 and change it into a metric system, is the 34rd degree a honorary title when you die?

In the Scottish Rite there are 32-degrees with KCCH (Southern Jurisdiction) and 33rd being honorary degrees.

There's more to Freemasonry than just the Scottish Rite. I don't get why so many people get caught up with the numbering systems.

Maybe after you die, and you go to that celestial lodge, the house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens, it's possible that you become a 34th degree mason. But there are several things you would have to accomplish in this life to get to that point. Do you think the numbers are all that important?

The numbers i actually think are very important, just not important on a freemasonry degree, i tried to make sense of the 33rd ( sorta ) since i got a 34th, so 32nd is the stop- 33rd is honorary..
Seems you dont have a 34th which kinda makes me curious, why not..
Maybe its cause you dont accept women?
Just speculations
