Obama changes his mind about iraq

www.nowpublic.com

"Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) promised primary voters a swift withdrawal from Iraq, in clear language still on his Web site: “Obama will immediately begin to remove our troops from Iraq. He will remove one to two combat brigades each month, and have all of our combat brigades out of Iraq within 16 months.”

Obama has changed his mind about promising to bring the troops home from Iraq within 16 months of being elected.

Now he wants to "study" the implications and visit the area this summer to determine the right course of action.

Ultimately, all the candidates are the same. Like I once said--same crap, different toilet.

Happy Independence Day to all my American friends. If only it were true.......

Good find truther. It's amazing the difference a word or two makes in what someone says, especially when it's a politician speaking..

Obama does not mean it. He is only pandering the people with the center/right mindset. In fact, over the past few weeks, he has been changing a lot of his positions and moving them more to the center/right in order to get votes. In reality, he is still a far left politician.

Obama moving from left to right

Don't buy into his 'slight of hand' tricks. His leftist views are dangerous.

So what your saying is, obama is just pretending, he does actually want the troops home from iraq within 16 months, and him saying otherwise is just a ploy to get more votes?

Im sorry i dont believe that..

Is this just a thing insecure obama suporters say to make them selfs feel better?

Absolutely ZERO suprise to me. If people haven't figured out what an absolute SHAM our electoral process has become, then they never will.

The only reason Obama and MsSame are even up there as the "choices" for next POTUS candidates is because The Mega Corps / Bilderberger / War Machine Elitist Groups have "cleared" them to carry on their agendas.

This guy, as well as anyone else who has a snowball's chance in hell at getting covered by the corrupted Corpomedia, will carry on the policies and agendas that have been burrying all of the "little people" uninterrupted. If anybody thinks otherwise, then they've been successfully bamboozled once again by the brainwashing and propaganda machines, which have been stuck on spin-cycle.

Freedom of choice is a total illusion.

Yes, exactly!
During the entire democratic election process he adamantly said he would bring the troops home immediately. This was his main talking point. Now that it's the general election, and he needs more than leftist votest to win, he all of a sudden has changed his mind? Is this what you are saying? I'm not buying it especially given all his other current moves to the center/right.

I have no idea since I would never vote for Obama.

I agree with dimensional detective, look at the trouble ron paul had of getting some air on the main stream news channels, reason being he is a true freedom fighter and didnt serve the interests of the corporate elite.. obama is another stooge, if he wasnt he would most probably be dead by now..

This has been political theatrics from beginning to end. There's no telling what the real plan or agenda may be, there never is.

It's not about the candidate people; it's about the party, the money, and who controls it. It's been this way for decades.

Partisanship is a farce, perhaps the most strenuously applied sustained con the American people have had to endure since the end of the 19th century.

Once, long ago, the royals extracted wealth from us because it was 'their divine right as God's selected leaders of men'. Cleverer people established an inviolable set of principles to guide governance so as to ensure we would never be under that kind of yoke again....

Debate partisan politician BS all you like, the truth remains, someone, has replaced the yoke, and they will continue to treat the people as a resource to expend towards their own goals.

Inevitably, we will take the yoke off again eventually, but the real question is, how will we ensure it never happens again?

As long as people living on this planet have the materialistic mind set, it will keep happening, there will be no end to it. I dont think we have much time left to pick ourselfs up and realise the crap we're living in..

As I don't want to get busted for a one line post, I am dragging this response out to say that I will be holding my nose while voting for McCain.

I understand what you mean by holding your nose and voting for McCain but I dont understand why you would do that. If you dont agree with him why would you vote for him? Are you just following party line? Is the lesser of two evils principle?

I tend to think that holding your nose and voting for someone is precisely why there are so many problems in our political system. Why dont you vote for someone you want to win?

McCain/Obama

ya ...some choice there huh?

IF I had to vote(I don`t) I would select NONE OF THE ABOVE..

especially McCain.. the War Monger

but it does not matter ...they are both N.W.O

When some says that Left Wing Is Dangerous, then well..
thats the silliest thing I have ever heard...

the left is for PEACE
the right is for war

which one would you pick?

Ok, you say Mccain, The answer i was lookin for was, i dont vote for anyone.

Why you say?

Because both partys in the run are controlled by the same people. Theres just an election proceedure to give people the idea they have freedom of choice. Its just a big act, how can you not see this?

You are never going to agree 100% with someone. While I agree with McCain on some issues, I don't agree with Obama on practically everything and I believe his leftist views are dangerous.

Do you know how the system works? I want McCain to win but he was not my first choice. Since the choice is Obama or McCain, I will vote for McCain.
