And to make things worse, Spanish is spoken in so many countries that it's hard for someone not from those countries to know the slang used in them all.

This is an amazing idea and i hope we can accumulate a list of names to translate what everyone else is freaking out about in another language. I will be following this thread. keep up the good work.

I may also assist in translating Swedish articles into English, unfortunatly Sweden isn't too much of a UFO hotspot but if anything comes up I'd be more than happy to translate!

I'm offering translation service for Macedonian, Serbian/Croatian and Bulgarian (not sure how much material one can muster from these parts of the world, but it depends where you look, and what sources you have at your disposal).

I'm also volunteering for pdf translations, video transcriptions, and the like. I noticed at the start of the thread some people who said this could help those who are deaf, so I'd like to help.

There are periods when I will drop in activity, perhaps in few months (busy and all), but I should come back after that right away, so don't sign me off if you see me not posting for a couple of months .

Good idea,but I think the UFO cases that have not been translated into English is not worthy enough.There is not persuasive evidence to prove that alien really exist,is not it? I can prove some Chinese UFO cases are the satllite and roket emission by some Chinese literature.However I found no valid news to affirm alien.

That depends.

Some time ago someone found a documentary about the Colares case. Being new, there was no English version, so I translated it.

That's irrelevant, what if some evidence appears and is not in English?

I can help with spanish. Although there are many spanish translators i have good knowledge of regionalisms in spanish speaking countries, just let me know.

Who is taking up the ownership of Sanskrit? We always see quotes from Indian Vedas and blindly follow the translation provided to us.
