Hmm, i see what you're getting at. But you are failing to recognize one thing:

We discuss matters that are important to us personally. There are already numerous threads that talk about what you talk about. So to say that a person cannot discuss all issues they have with their government is just plain silly.

I agree that the 'right' is just plain ignorant for throwing this out there in some attempt to debunk obama, however

Excellent points, DG. The world is so focused on Bush becoming a "dictator" (while Putin actually becomes one and no one says a thing), maybe Obama deserves a little more scrutiny in this area. After all, he's come out of nowhere to be a senator and now running for president.. Coupled with his "non-American" (I didn't say un-American) life and education during his "formative years".

though i dont agree with either conspiracies, im still open to the idea, because there is GOOD evidence to back the claims of a conspiracy.

But to insinuate that if Obama gets into office he'll:

• Change the Presidential Seal
  
• Convert all Americans to Muslim faith
  
• Create a new structure of government that voids the house, the sentate, all legislative bodies, and makes him sole ruler
  

In order for Obama to be able to establish the "nwo" he has to overthrow all forms of government. Even if he accomplishes that at home, how can he do it to the countires of the united nations?

Wait - lemme guess - they're in on it too?

There are 2 fundamental aspects of any person in power:

1.) They want more power
2.) They will not share their power


give it a rest. Conspiracies are fine, until they're put in hands of ignorant people.

BTW, I'm still predicting that Hillary will end up the democrat nominee. By the time the right and media in general get done (rightfully so in many cases) carving up Obama in to something that can't win against anybody, let alone McCain the dems will be begging for Hillary to come back to "save" the election for them.

I totally agree with you, why are we wasting time on trivial matters like this. Do you really think he deliberately did this to undermine united states laws? For god's sake the anti-obama is running out of material. My immigrant naturalized citizen parents taught me more about the American flag than I ever learned in school. They know more about respect for the American flag than GWB does. It is absolutely incredible. When I was five I knew it was illegal to write on the flag. I wish we could have a trial for treason, or at the very least, an impeachment trial.
