This country and government is supposed to be a government "of the people, for the people, by the people" correct? So if we follow the constitution and "x" number of muslims legallyand lawfully immigrate to the u.s .and out number"our" vote( the current european, latin american and`african american population,) Technically they have every right to vote their own leaders into office and pass legislation...As long as they don't violate the constitution: that's still America.

Pardon my ignorane, but i presume that there IS some legaly binding document with the power to over-throw the president in such time that it is needed, for example if he trys to send a nuke to Florida. (Just an example, no offence Florida)

So if he manged to get this Law past the Supreme court and all the other groups/indivivuals in his way, can he simply be thrown out of power by the people ?
