I think Ramon's response shows that this won't happen.

He wants a pay per view event? The only thing I can see coming from this is that we will learn the details of his shenanigans and we will be asked to sign documents stating that we will never discuss the manner in which the ufos are produced.

It sounds to me like he's looking to use our name and reputation in the field to give his own claims some credence. I can't see how we'd win here and no, ripping off people willing to pay for the show is not a win in my eyes.

I agree... setting up the public to pay without knowing what one will get is asking the gullible to feed his desire financially.

I question his "beliefs/religion" when "it" wishes to rape the "blind" and "poor" of spirit to gain "material" posetion?

The problem is...this fraud thinks he's a whole lot smarter than he really is. Please, let's just ignore this fraud, and let him go the way of all the many, many "prophets" before him. Into the dusty, dry abyss of forgotten charlatans.

A pay per view event? Then it won't matter whether or not he's a fake, he'll have got what he wants...fame, and fortune. Oh, yeah, that's something ATS wants to be involved with...

Hello Prophet

I must say I find your latest response very disappointing.

I feel that Springer actually made you a very open-minded and reasonable offer, considering that most of ATS considers your UFO videos as hoaxes. You are unlikely to find the same willingness with any other media outlets.

Had you agreed to take the "ATS Test" and passed, you could have gone anywhere in the world with that. As well as created a giant buzz on the Internet!

In any case, I am stepping out of this now. If you wish to continue communicating with ATS, I would recommend that you register and begin posting in the thread created for you, or go to

www.abovetopsecret.com...

and communicate with the staff that way.

Please reconsider your terms, that's all I can say....

I think you owe to the ATS name to at least meet him half way on this. Nothing is binding until you sign it. All he is asking for is exposure for himself, and whether or not he is a fraud is not really important at this point. Expenses are expected with this type of joint venture, and it isn't unreasonable to expect that he be able to recoup his losses and perhaps make a living off of what he does.

On the contrary, we owe it to ATS to ensure that Ramon does his thing in a manner that doesn't leave room for any shenanigans. Thus, Springer wants to name the location and other such things. If we were to let Ramon dictate the rules, we'd be doing this on his turf where he can pull whatever stunts he might normally pull (assuming he is pulling stunts of course). By putting him out of his environment, we are forcing him to actually summon a ufo.

Besides, if we did what he wanted, y'all would have to pay to see it. That, my friend, is not the ATS way.

At the risk of pointing out the obvious, can we agree to change his name to: Profit Yahweh

Please read here regarding one line posts.

No points were removed this time, but you should now better understand.

A "prophet" negotiating to bring the word of his "god", or proof of his "god" rather, to the masses? Doesn't that strike you as at all odd? Christendom alone is chuck full of martyrs who asked nothing but to bring glory to God. Islam is the same. This clown is asking to be given glory by the masses. If he's anything, he's an antiprophet...

Fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud.

I suggest we rent him his own RV or trailer. Then rig it with cameras and microphones. This way he'll be left in a control environment, and we can tell if he's really telepathically communicating with aliens or you know just flipping out his iphone and giving the cue to release the balloon or object.

I know it might cost alot of money, but its money well spent

You know, the whole "NO contracts" thing may be a tad unreasonable.

If I were him, I'd at the very least want a minimal contract signed, guaranteeing me equal rights to any photos or footage produced during the event. That's only fair.

The whole "pay-per-view" thing is absurd of course.

But I would expect that you would at least give him equal rights to the photos and footage.....

Uh yeah...more times than I care to recall.

But I have never, ever, "negotiated" with a minister, deacon, rabbi, imam, guru, et al, or any other "spiritual" guide or counselor.

Based on what I've been reading so far in this thread, it seems to me that Prophet Yahweh would come out ahead even he went along with Springers non-negotiable terms for this demo. Terms, btw, that I think are very fair!

So Prophet Yahweh, please do consider the offer that's been made to you because there are many here who have been more than willing to give you the benefit of the doubt that you can indeed summon UFOs to appear in the sky sometimes. I would hate to see this whole deal fall through due to some petty legal technicality that I'm sure could be ironed out via a few email correspondences with Springer.

Just my .02 worth but please do reconsider.

I fail to see how Prophet Yahweh has failed if he hasn't yet had a chance or opportunity to be interviewed and tested by ATS.

MODS: please change thread title.

I understand your point, however I think..... I can't even say his stage name...... RAMON merely wants to aquire legal right to use ATS in one of his video productions. IF ATS personnel were foolish enough to enter into such a legal agreement, Ramon & Company could then edit the video in such a way as to infer ATS support of the process, without ever actually making any slanderous statements.

No, this is a showing of the man's true colors, if anyone was in doubt. If, under his costly terms, the UFO manages to show without any hoax, then his status as "prophet" is legitimized. If nothing happens, well, he still has the vast PPV income. It would no doubt be billed as the classic good/evil battle, complete with celestial angels chorusing in the background, perhaps even a full gospel choir in white robes. Advertising! Production! ExCITEment! Thills! Chills! Don't MIss IT! Only $19.95 -- less than the cost of a good meal!!!

I've looked long and hard at his videos, all of them that I could find. I read what I could about him, and dug as deeply into his website(s) as I was allowed to. I believe people should be given a chance to prove their wares, honor their claims, but after having failed to do so on several occasions, I have to consider that evidence as well -- equally persuasive as the rhetoric. More so.

I think our OP had and has good intentions. A true prophet wouldn't require riches to lead his flock. Hmmm. Flock. Starting to make sense, isn't it?

I said it before, or perhaps it was on another thread. PLEASE. READ his website. Think. Choose for yourself.

I dont believe/disbelieve anything yet, but is there a chance that all this legal jargon is to keep people from acquiring the video and making fun of Ramon?

Has Ramon ever sold his videos for money before?

If not, why are we assuming he would want to make money now?

-----------------
from the desk of:

PROPHET YAHWEH

Hi,

There are two sides to every thing.

I have been through this type of thing before only to be set up by perpetrators who were scheming against me.

These people offered me the same deal as Springer, and I ended up in the middle of Klu Klux Klan territory. I paid my way there and pay for my own hotel room and all other expenses.

It was the exact same deal that Springer is talking about.

Those guys were debunkers who were working with the same reporter they used in their attempt to debunk Rael.

Here is the news paper article that was done on me:

www.reporter-times.com...

It was a set up and destined to fail because of their true nature that they hid from me.

I will not be set up like that again.

I did not have legally binding agreements or a contract with them and they took advantage of it and tried to make me look like a fool.

That will never happen again like Springer and you want it too.

You know that. I find it very disappointing to hear you say that Springer made me a very open-minded and reasonable offer.

This man did not take my side into consideration at all. It was all one sided - his side. There was only one consideration - his consideration. My side was as nothing to him.

And, you say that it was "open-minded and reasonable offer."

What a joke. There was nothing open-minded or reasonable about his offer.

The way he wants to do it is not professional. I am learning to be a professional and a business man. He does not appear to include any awareness of business and legal principles in his offer.

He wants to do it the way children do it; enlightened men would never, ever do it his way because it lacks legal and business sense.

Maybe you should back out of this sense you are doubting now.

I find that disappointing because you seem not perceive that in any effort between two people, both sides should be considered.

You are telling me to forget how I feel about the project and be grateful for only Springers desires for it.

If there is a channel for open negotiations between me and Springer, then all ATS will see how things should be done in relationship with projects like I am hoping to enter into with him.

If Springer does not enter into negotiations with me, then I will know why after seeing the white man in the vision and looking to find the black man gone, and looked back to the white man, who was no longer there as well, I turned my back from where they were at and the explosion happened behind me after turning away from them.

Also, you seem to think that I have no other options to get documented other than what Springer has to offer. Boy, you are so mistaken.

Prepare yourself for everything that is promised to happen for me.

It will be huge and stunning be it with Springer or without him.

The choice is his.

I thank you for being there for me.

Too bad, you have chosen to reject me.

Sincerely Yours In The Sightings To Come,

PROPHET YAHWEH
Seer of Yahweh
Master UFO Caller
-----------------

I can understand some of Prophet's concerns here. For him to enter into this without signing any kind of agreement giving him equal rights to the video or anything like that, that would be foolish on his part.

But the pay-per-view thing has GOT to go.....

edit: Can Prophet begin posting directly in the thread? Pretty please, with a cherry on top?

Can someone please show me where Yahweh(Ramon) stated this should be a pay-per view event? I looked through the threads and couldn't find anything other than him trying get legal rights to keep his reputation from being tarnished.
