Oh, great, another one! And I have a debate reply to compose, too. Hmm, these games aren't addictive, perchance, are they?

Two theories about the 'incorrect' letters in some of the clues so far:
1) Letters are incorrect so that automated cryptogram programs have a harder time cracking the code; you won't be able to just plug the letters into
a program, hit a button, and get the result, you'll have to do it by hand -- expect the use of dropped letters, misspellings, double-translated
letters (two code letters matching the same resultant letter), etc.
2) Exactly
what letters are wrong/misplaced/etc is
also part of a clue. Taking the information of 'incorrectness' from each of a
series of answers, and somehow combining that information, would yield data used to generate or decipher the 'final' question/answer.
