Pilot Says Objects Came From Under The Clouds

It was a close encounter of a most unusual kind... but what, exactly, caused it? Officials with the Romanian Defense Ministry announced recently one of their MiG-21s was struck by several unidentified flying object last October.

My guess is a CIA drone, rendition flight or black ops project enroute to one of many CIA rendition prisons in Europe. Any CIA craft will be unmarked and flight plans will not exist.

This broadcast is interesting. My neighbour comes actually from Cluj, Romania. I will ask him tomorrow about it. But since yesterday he is mad and sad because of european football championship, so he needs time. Good post from OP, thanks.
