I am really sorry, but i reject your implicit claim to be the arbiter of my intention as well as the english language. Can you take a deep breath and relax? You have your back up against everyone!

Everyone that regularly responds to you is in the 'we' I was referring to and at least two of us are saying more or less the same thing! We are not coordinating, its because we honestly believe in what we are saying and because we think it is worth discussing. Don't take it personally.

This was such a wonderful thread, now I am no longer sure where it is headed. Infinite, you've brought a lot of negativity to this thread, can you stop already? I am not sure what you're trying to accomplish. These types of things should bring people closer not divide them. I don't get it anymore

I think MG is off the rails, but everyone else although having moments were progressing nicely. I think when one side comes ready to engage in debate, and the other side so fears asking any question, this is an inevitable result.

There is a lesson even in this if one would accept it.

yeah I actually found the information you shared on your philosophy quiet informing and I know I totally agree with the principles you're talking about. I think it's kind of obvious where the negativity comes from hmmm... There's obviously more going on in this universe then we know as a collective society or else why would we be sending probes and landers into space to try to understand things better? I feel "ascension" is more of a societal label like "Renaissance" but everyone's just skipping to the end a bit so to speak.

I am only speaking for myself when I say this because I don’t really know anyone enough to judge them on ATS and if I do, or have judged anyone “I am sorry this is not my intension”

When I say you are right Shakesbeer I don’t mean “Oh yea this is the truth” as I am speaking from a personal point of view. Throughout my life I suppose I have always looked for the ending, I see a situation and I want to see the ending just to know what it was all about.

When I search for many answers about life I always look into “Well how does it end” or “What will happen once we reach the end” same with ascension “How does it end”

The end never comes.

This is certainly a religion and based on nothing more than faith and fantastical fairy tale. I'm sure you're all getting your emotional comfort and disregarding any form of logic, science or critical thought. Is this where the saying "ignorance is bliss" comes in?

WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE to decide what is worthy of being ignored and given notice?? How do you know beyond 100% reasonable doubt that the laws science has imposed upon our existence aren’t incorrect? After all, it's not like we're cavorting around in space or on other planets to decide things from a non-Earthly perspective.
Take the law of cause and effect for example. Thousands of cases of people actually seeing and learning of future events and disasters by receiving psychic information through the likes of dreams, remote viewing, scrying and other methods of that nature. If we are allowed to glimpse the future then it is to be reckoned that all life is preconceived and so the law of cause and effect doesn’t exist in that if all actions and consequences are predetermined, everything we do is already thought up and will occur regardless.
SCIENTIFICALLY, it is impossible for premonition or precognition to exist in a purely physical universe, where an effect cannot come before a cause. But if premonitions do happen, the nature of the physical universe as we know it is IN DOUBT. This would mean that we are living in a mind world of illusion, as the ancient Hindus believed...
There is absolutely room for mistakes to be made in science and logic.

Do you believe that there are things existing in this universe that are beyond the knowledge and explanation of science? Scientists cram all the unexplainable phenomena they come across into this category called “paranormal”. If science can’t explain it, then what??? It’s not for real?? It simply cannot exist because science is correct about everything, people’s minds are playing tricks on them, have a Bex and take a lie down already.

And DON’T think that I’m being completely naïve and duped into some other cult or BS theory. I have discovered this absolutely on my own. I was born and raised a Catholic. I KNOW what Christianity is and FEELS like. This is FAR more liberating than just following one religion. One train of belief. One this. One that. Of course I’ve DOUBTED this to be complete BS at one or more times since I’ve been researching this theory. I’m sure MANY of us have. I’m extremely wary of what I’m buying into at all times, but on the same hand I never close my mind to ANYTHING – any explanation, any theory, any information.

I ACCEPT the way you’re telling us not to wholly rely on emotion and to think logically and rationally and everything– but it seems to me YOU’RE the desperate one who’s hangin around this thread trying to convince all of us that YOU ALONE are the only correct way. Lord knows that the universe isn’t black and white, it’s a whole spectrum of shades and things don’t simply meld into two extremes. There’s a whole lot of shiz in between.

I am not saying that facts and logic therefore hold no substance or shouldn’t be accepted at any cost. You seem so intent on bringing down this theory of ascension to a higher dimension, to a higher consciousness. All because we’re ignoring logic?? I am not about to worship fact over what I feel and know inside of myself. I have the character of God mirrored inside myself. All of us do. We all feel emotion. We all feel the character of God. I value this feeling far beyond anything anyone could ever show me about the laws and physics of WHY all of this just couldn’t be possible. Everything you can imagine is real. I won’t be restricted by the parameters of the laws that SCIENCE tells me is the correct way.

There are things that go far clear of anything a Nobel Prize winner of science could justify. That many humans couldn’t describe. That I can’t describe. That YOU can’t describe.

IMO, intuition over cold hard facts any day.

I could not have said it better myself. I do not belittle people and tell them they are less for believing differently. This is one of the main problems we are faced with currently. Science does not teach us to look inside for answers. Science and spirituality need to be in balance, then we can move forward. There is nothing wrong with science, it just does not give us all the answers. If we don't learn that we won't move forward. I am not sure how much longer we can keep repeating the same mistakes over and over and over again.

The problem is the ascension talk is as old as doomsday talk and just as accurate (that is, it's totally innacurate and has never come to pass).

How many threads per day do we get on this? 60000? I'm not flaming you OP, it's not like I have anything personal against you, you probably believe this stuff and that's great...

I'm just saying, it's been stated a lot and has never occured yet... Good luck though, I'm sure we'd all be happy if it were true.

Anyone may toss and turn the ascension message very diligently, however. A good many of people here will one day understand that, every thing they were coerced into believing shall be most unpleasing.

Let me just say, here, that the few can outweigh the many and that a great many everywhere from pits to stars are very much distancing themselves from the truth. Take this into thought and ask yourself, why or how? Don't ask me unless you can carry a conversation that would virtually and contextually span this entire microcosm within very limited time. No, I never came here trying to convince anyone that "I" am the way. In fact, as I've stated repeatedly now; we're all teachers and we're all students.

I have a Chakras related question from a newbie point of view. Refereing to the colours. Now,most sites I've seen say that the root is red,going up to orange,then yellow to green to blue to violet and finaly the crown is purple. or something like that. Now,I don't really get it like that,they're more of a mash of colours. Then I read that the colours that most western people use aren't the true colours,but a later addition.

So,what are the true colours?
I've found this site,which kind of descibes alot more what it was like for me,last night,trying this for the first time.

I tries to let the colours come naturally,without an idea of what they would already look like. And this is much closer to what I experienced. Is it different for everyone?

Also,how easy is it to open the 8th 9th 10th 11th and 12th chakras? I'm sure I won't be ready to do this for a while yet,as i'm just starting out,but I'd like some more info on it all the same. Knowlage is power,after all.
