Anytime, anyplace. As long as I get 'con.' Unless the debate topic is 'the world is round.' Then I'll be polite and let you have con again.

Oh, and edit to add: by 'Anytime' I mean after I finish my research project now that we're done. And by 'Anyplace' I mean the debate forum. So OK, stipulations then.

Hey kidz.

Just wanted to let y'all know that we have a new and exciting Super Bowl contest over at BTS.

Super Bowl XLIII "Props" Contest!

Lots of juicy points available.

I'd start watching this "Superbowl" thing you have out there if they integrated MMA rules. As they wear helmets I think it would be acceptable to revive the old PRIDE rules from Japan... stamping on the head of a grounded opponent is permitted. Standing strikes, ground strikes and submissions are permitted.

Think how spectacular this very average sport could become.

(Fedor VS Arlovski tonight you #ing pirates!)

Ahh PRIDE, if only they didn't deal with the Yakuza and have to get bought out by that hack Dana White and UFC. And to think that bit might be gone too if the Feds keep going after it as "Human C0ck Fighting"

Also, my tinfoil hat might be on abit too tight, but I get a very "Big Brother" feeling with the "Civility & Decorum Are Expected" in Big and Bold on top of every page.

I hadn't even noticed that until just now.

I'm gonna start chewing with my mouth open while browsing ATS. That'll show them.

Maybe I'll even pick my nose or something

I know what you mean - but it might serve to make some posters take a deep breath and hit the backspace.

Less hassle for the mods, less members getting banned - surely that can only be a good thing...

i truely see the purpose behind it, but i guess those to whom this is meant they usually don.t care!
i just can.t understand why it seems to be so difficult for some people.
on the other hand it gives me a kind of big brother feeling too, that banner!

Someday a debate with you please.

Seriously...you scare me, rhetorically speaking (your organizational skillz are way better than mine...
).

There are a couple of others whom 'scare' me...

All of you guys scare me.

I don't debate unless I have my trusty TUMS and Pepto laced coffee by my side.

I'm not sure I've ever heard of a more sickening idea.

Please tell me you don't put Pepto Bismol in your coffee

Everyone scares me too, though. For all different reasons. There is a wide range of things to fear in Fight Club, from Sky's speed to Ashley's meticulousness to SDog's sudden reimagination of a topic to mean exactly what you never expected.

Life has become very treacherous since I joined the FCP.

Yes, it was a joke.

I prefer my Irish creme over my 'pink chalk.'

I assume that you have something similar – it's this thick, bright pink liquid medicine that tastes like mint-flavored chalk. You're supposed to take it for upset stomach, but it makes me gag.

Many of us will be debating everyone else here repeatedly. Im sure there will be another encounter...

By the way...I forgot to say that I do not have that opinion of horses...it was just for debate.

I guess thats how debating something you know a lot about can be emotionally even more challenging than debating something you dont know about.
