With all the football and avatar talk lately we fighters seem to have lost our way and forgot what FCP is all about ...

Heavy drinking!

Can we get back to it please?

Since the truth is pretty mundane and only makes sense to American men, I recommend making up your own story about what steelers are.

Or, visit their website: Steelers

Oh my god, I visited the website, and my opera web browser warned me that the site uses outdated encryption mode and gave me the option to accept or reject, I tried clicking but all keys didnt work! And I had to use the task manager to close the browser and running in the top of the tasks was wuaucult.exe, and I google it and found that it can be a trojan. Is my computer now infected?

And is it just rugby that is creating such a fanfare?

Okay, I'm gonna quote the whole text in hopes that someone who knows Windows systems can answer your computer-infection question. And if I did send you somewhere that infected your computer, I am really really sorry, I didn't think the Steelers official web site would be dangerous

Blame elevatedone if it was

As for the second question: no, not rugby. That would at least be comprehensible to people outside the U.S.

This is American football, which requires almost infinite numbers of players since everyone is so specialized that they will only play offense or defense but not both, and where if the ball stays in play for ten seconds at a time it's a kind of record. In case you missed it, Budski gave his opinion on the matter

@nyk: Boo! There should be a rule about posting pictures in the BTS pictures thread – they must stay up for at least 24 hours so I don't miss them
Can we maybe get a "proud daddy" picture when the time comes?

Fine, I will begrudingly throw my lot in with the bird-team but only because you were 'classy' enough not to sully the filthy but hallowed halls/floors of the FCP with cheap briberies and third-rate-group-think-propaganda

Ooops! I accidentally killed your joke again, for that I am sorry and will quickly (re)edit -- in the AM 'they' will not know what happened, but will probably glean that alcohol was involved

Hullo hullo.

Anyone fancy a scrap sometime soon?

Under the flagpole, 3.30.

I'm not fussed on the topic. Something abstract would be cool

Cool, we have a 'poem' tag!

Long time the manxome foe he sought --
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
And stood awhile in thought.

Geeze.

To think, so many users here at ATS could have been using the poem tag this whole time.

Evening guys,
forgive my bad mood, I think I have a ear/throat infection.

It's bloody killing me, and no doctors open til monday.

My hippy GF is making me take propolis for it
hope it works

Hope it works as well.

I've got a fun evening planned as well.

Got my tax forms from work today, so it looks like I'll be stopping by to file my taxes tonight.

What fun!

If it doesn't work and you go the antibiotic route ask your MD about Augmentin 1000mgs. It is 875mg Amoxicillin and 125 Clavulunate which allows the AntiB more acces to soft tissue and is the best for ear/nose/throat IMO. I broke down and took a course after I could not kick that fluy sinus infection thing I had at the first of the year.

Either way, hope you feel better.
