A tornado funnel touches down in Riverside, Calif. on Thursday, May 22,2008. A wild weather system lashed Southern California on Thursday with fierce thunderstorms that unleashed mudslides in wildfire-scarred canyons, spawned at least one tornado and dusted mountains and even low-lying communities with snow and hail.

Just days after the insane California Supremes made law from the bench requiring homosexual marriage, God began his wrath.....................

Can the 12.0 earthquake be far behind, the one the seperates the insane from the rest of the country................

There are many who would say it is a crazy thought. They are all lost in thier own arrogance. God's complete wrath is coming, and soon. Look at all the natural disasters in California currently happening, fire, tornados is very strange areas, mud slides, etc, etc. The USGS quake map has been "lit up" for months.

Those who know God and watch should be leaving California as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, much of america will not be far behind in his wrath.

Abortion, Gay marriage, porn, loss of the 10 commandments on display, lost of prayer in school, not removing Clinton, heck the congress in general..........half the country is insane and the other half doesn't notice.......or actually seems to want to follow........

So, how does it feel worshiping a psychotic mass murderer?

I'm sorry to say I don't see God as you do. Wait, I take that back. I'm happy to say that I don't see God as you do.

God is not a petty, cruel child burning ants on the sidewalk with a magnifying glass.

If you believe God is, you might want to try and actually get to know him.

You didn't answer my question.

How does it feel worshiping a psychotic mass murderer

To answer yours, Yes, I've read the Bible. Both of my parents were hell fire and brimstone Pentecostal ministers. I was literally raised inside the church. By that I mean my bedroom was upstairs and had the creepy round stained glass window that looked out over the cemetery.

I'm now a Spiritual Anarchist.

Is consideration being given to the fact that the Christ forewarned of a world-scenario just like the one we live in today over 1900 years ago, in the book of Matthew? He did not attribute the future devastated world to any particular lifestyle, nor any other single reason at all. He simply said these are the signs that would herald His return.

I would think the tornado should have dropped dead-center into San Francisco for a rampage, if it was same-sex relationships God was wanting to put the focus on...but I'm not God, so I might be missing something. Odd that the Christ, Who was quick to point out the truth when Pharisees, His disciples, or anyone else misspoke it, never condemned homosexual behavior even once during His ministry. As heinous as same-sex relationships are (according to that which is generally called "church" today), seems He would have prohibited it at least once.

You can't run from Revelation. Blaming human beings for it does not seem helpful, though.

If you listened to c2c last night Major Dames had some interesting things to say about Earth's wrath. Plus, Buffet says America's recession will be much longer and profound than initially thought. I'd believe Buffet more than Dames. Buffet had it right to get all his holdings into Euros 3 years ago. Smart move. Tornados will need new F scale ratings in the next few years. We are also expected to have '9' hurricanes this year. God's/Earth's wrath, I"m not sure if there is much of a difference in the end.

Wow that is awesome. Spiritual Anarchist. Seriously that is the best thing I have heard today. I now have something to call myself in regards to spirituality. Thanks.

But do people really think that their god would create a species, give them free will, and then kill them for using it. I highly doubt that.

I too was raised in a fire and brimstone type religion, and from what I recall I never understood why a "god" would kill anything he created.

If God is all encompassing love, then you christian maniacs are clearly not serving him. Pointing the finger in judgment isn't the way to 'everlasting life' blah blah blah.

For the Christians... If you were walking along the edge of a stream and you saw a man you knew to be gay drowning in it, would you rescue him, because your words on here tell me you wouldn't and that makes you people NOT anywhere NEAR Christ like.

Oh man! The end of the world is coming soon!

Just like it was in 2007...and 2006...and 2005...and 2000...and 1873...and 1000...

you get the point I think

I don't believe for one moment that the wrath of 'G-d' would be manifested in the form of a tornado funnel cloud. Some of those tornados seem to occur around the countryside (just like the ones in Kansas on 05/23/2008). If 'G-d' really wanted to clean up the places where 'homosexuals' reside, these natural phenom should have touched down in places where there are more people.

I am a Christian, and I'm offended by people that think that God enjoys punishing "sinners" because they are supposedly not following his word. That is totally ludicrous.

You need to study a lot more if you think God is that shallow.

IMHO we are headed somewhat suddenly into a new Ice age, we will see weather get stranger and stranger by the day, until it is obvious that the climate has changed.

If you are a christian then explain some things about "shallow"...

The flood

Sodom and G

Joshua destroying the 5 cities including every man, woman, child, dog, cat, cow, etc, etc, etc.

He tells us he is going to destroy the planet and make it over. He says "we" are going to kill 2/3's of the planet before he stops our stupidity.

This is all from the God of Abraham err, the father of Jesus............

"shallow"?

This is where you guys always lose me...

Disaster strikes... It's God's wrath... If some maniac butchers a couple of kids and there is no divine intervention, it's free will. What happened to California's right to free will? It's amazing what a profane mortal's mind will assign to that which they have no understanding... And provides even more credence to my comfort in having an underdeveloped non-evolutionized simian brain... A brain that allows me the simplistic pleasure of recognizing a random natural occurrence for what it is...

A random natural occurrence.

Dice Monkeys, not just for getting played by God anymore...

Worldwide, people are living with natural disasters. The Bible is relaying what people were living with at the time and I can't see where it is relative as to predicting anything in the present or future.

Various books of the Bible tell about what happened in people's lives and what they had to do to overcome their own obstacles as well as their emotional interpretation of those obstacles. In my view, the Bible is giving "the evolvement" of humanity and, the slow and continuing learning process of how God should be viewed. In ancient times, people were fighting over land and/or just for survival, etc.

Fire and brimstone just doesn't work in the present day. And, the Book of Revelations for me is a picture of someone who had some extreme experiences and dreams while on some kind of narcotic. I am older and in my lifetime the world was suppose to end at least 6 different times. When I was an adolescent, it scared me to death when it was foretold that it would be the end of the world sometime in the late 1960s. And, since then, people have continued to spume the end, based on Revelations or some other aspect of the Bible.

God was loving back in Ancient times and He is loving now. It is always mankind's emotions and personal views that create their own interpretation of the personality of God. Do I believe mankind was influenced by God? Yes! However, God is constantly being overwrited. So, the Bible isn't God's Word. It is mankind's interpretation of what they ultimately thought that God would say for their own life circumstances.

If someone today, wrote what people would be considered as a sequel to the New Testament, how many people would welcome it. It would be considered deflammatory. If anyone were to have dreams or visions now, that person or persons would be in a mental facility.

The Bible is a nations experience and, while I know it gives consolation to many people in the present, it being used as forecasting in the present is like quoting it's due to karma. Why isn't their good karma!?!?

If an F1-F2 tornado in Riverside CA is the best God can do to show His "wraith", the old Boy is slipping badly in His declining years!

First off, Riverside is not the most "liberal" community in California; a tornado would have better been aimed at San Francisco, as some previously said, or even West Hollywood for Pete's sake...WeHo is even in the LA area...not too much of a stretch for the Old Guy!

Heck, Even Colorado got a bigger twister than Cali, and didn't They vote for Bush!?

And if this is a example of God's anger over homosexual's being allowed (Not required, as your opening post said) to marry in California, why have so many Churches, in the "Biblle-belt" no less, been destroyed over the years by these mighty blasts from God's nostrils?

What is it, bad aim and no hanky?

You might just want to reconsider who your God is Really pissed-off with!

I know which direction this is headed, and that works great for bashing "gays" from the Bible utilizing many of the English translations, but the biggest problem you're going to have with that is that the word "abomination" does not have a Hebrew root.

The word used does not have reference to an act per se, but to its cultural misuse (it's regarding correct Hebrew worship of God, in this case). So if the word didn't mean "abomination" to the Hebrew writer, how could it possibly mean that to translators 3000 years later? And if a law itself consists of doubt, how then may it be used as a final authority for condemnation? In other words, if a crime did not exist in the law books, how would a judge or jury make the decision that a crime had been committed? Opinions and feelings may be tossed in by onlookers, but technically speaking, an official case could not be made from the law. In the case of the Levitical Cleanliness Codes you speak of in Leviticus (& Deuteronomy), eating crab, lobster, or shrimp would call for death-by-stone (and this is clearly stated), as would shaving the beard, or wearing mixed-thread garments, so I hope you don't frequent Red Lobster if you're Christian, or at least don't groom or wear a cotton-blend shirt when you go.

In fact, there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, according to the New Testament. So tell me: would that include Christians who happen to also be same-sex oriented? Surely some Christians have suffered in the various tragedies which have struck of late, in what is considered God's latest rampage of Wrath from the Court's allowing of gay-marriage. Did heterosexual believers suffer due to condemnation for homosexuals' horrific sins? If so, then perhaps there is indeed condemnation for those in Christ, whether you are guilty or not.

If not, then perhaps we don't know everything God is doing, and should just admit that.
