All I can tell you is, all Christians are not as they appear, that goes double for the Christian leaders whom I, as a rule, do not trust.

Can someone in a leadership role, support a cause , which on the surface appears good, but actually has an effect other than the stated objective?

The modern day nation of Israel is a mere political entity on the same par with the rest of the corrupt governments. I guess I am one of the 20% who realize that the nation of Israel has holds no special position in the eyes of God.

Please excuse my tardiness in replying to each of you. I am new to this forum of discussion. But I like to say new beginnings - old endings. There is nothing new under the sun after all. Now the Nation of Israel is a special today as it ever was - if not more son. For there is more written in the New Testament of our LORD about the days we live in today than any other time in history. Son I can not express to you enough how pleased I am to see you in the Word of GOD. But do not be decieved by false prophets of Islam and liberals like President Bush. I am as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs that this liberal agenda is going to split up the holy nation of Israel. I recall that he did say "the United States of America will support the creation of a Palestinian state" back in 2002. Very sad day for humanity. That was the day I called him a liberal. All I can offer at this time is my expressed concern and prayer. There's no use closing the barn door when the horse is already out.

It was a close call but folks, the pizza is all gone and Iran and Hamas are both still standing. We have a winner!!

It's not a Christian nation, it's a nation that many Christians live in. That's fine, but it doesn't make it a Christian nation, as that implies that Christianity is or should be involved in making political decisions.

But seriously if Israel wants to attack Iran before they get nukes they should do it now. Now would be the logical time. Little brother has fight his own fight sometime right? I consider myself somewhat christian, meaning I do follow some of the ideas that the religion is based on. I feel NO obligation whatsoever towards Israel and its continuing spread of destruction. Why is everyone pointing the finger all over the middle east when its obviously clear that Israel is the WORST OF THEM ALL. They have WMDs, so why cant we pre-emtively strike them? Oh, thats because Bush has a massive hard-on for Israel and comes crawling to their every request. What Israel wants, Israel gets.

This is a propaganda peice at most. I actually wish the percentage was MUCH less then 80%, because it would be a step in the right direction. As for people who says Israel is "god's people", then sorry but I want nothing to do with a bunch of war mongerers. They have the big stick, so they slap every little country around them with it and if any country decides to do anything back, they come crying to the ol' US of A.

I wish we could cut ties with Israel honestly, see how well their peace making skills are when they dont have the USA and nuclear weapons to back them up.
