Exactly.Thats like assuming the ground maintenance of a building are the owners and write all the cheques, plus sit in the board room and make all decisions.

Im pretty sure e g and g runs the security at are a51. And why would NASA have anything to do with running area 51. They might have materials shipped there or what not, but to say they have control over something there... I dont think so.

I have an old Thomas mapbook from the 70's when I had clents in Vegas area,Area 51 is noted as"Department of Energy"

Please READ carefully, this is a Premission slip, to USE nukes, on american soil, this is a way to track Fallout, yes fallout. Now the question is what is at this base that nukes can be use, no questions asks, they have named incidents on file, so read it carefully. Also look a weather pattens around this area such as wind, rain.
