Looks like my attempt to post the video didn't work. I still have to master these tools here.

Here is the link

And here is the second video where I think he does an even better job of showing the unrealistic idealism of what she is saying.

Watching this election cycle, I am coming to the belief that the democratic party can not be saved. The unrealistic idealism of special interests politics has too much influence, and has basically destroyed the party.

Amazing. You are exactly right, except you're attacking the Democrats instead of the Republicans. My dear friend, it is clearly the Republicans who are in bed with the special interest groups and corporate America. If you can't see that after 8 years of George W. Bush, you're lost.

their existence depends on an evenly enforced fair set of rules. What the whole free market capitalism concept does is write the rules in the favor of the rich and powerful, and once again feudalism takes control. The free market concept is communism or fascism, how ever you want to label it, re-packaged to make it seem like it is a market system, when it is not.

So free market capitalism essentially caused the railroads to convince the congress, senate and supreme court to make them the bosses of reality? Corporations really had no power up until the turn of the 1900's. The idea that they have controlled this society or will always maintain such control seems speculative at best. They are currently in charge thanks to the fact that most people have the same values, regardless of political party. There are people that gleefully wish to take what others have created eventhough they themselves contribute nothing in return, they resent success. Just because I want someones money doesn't give me the right to just take it from them if they worked hard and earned all of it. Robbery from the rich or by the rich doesn't matter who did it, fact maybe so that humans simply don't trust one another enough and also tend to be greedy, otherwise when given a chance to be great many people take everything they can get there hands on. Corporate welfare or poverty based welfare make no difference, when a person takes welfare they essentially say yeah, welfare maybe ok for me but not for you. Taxes essentially create incentives not to cooperate and not to help one another, especially if the taxes are understood to benefit somebody else, same with programs to give ethnicity members a leg up, most people percieve these as promoting people that don't want to work hard or assimilate. MLK didn't use affirmative action, but I'm digressing, since we are such a liberal generous society and want to help the poor of the world then why not invite a billion into our backyard, or worse what would we do if they continued to show up at our door as they do now? Can we be a western civilization in the midst of a poverty conscious mass of people amongst us? Will we perish? If a sea anomie can't stop warring with each other how can more complicated creatures such as ourselves expect people not to battle over space or prosperity? If agression can't be removed from cellular creatures why do people persist in such naive notions about multicultralism as being capable of creating a great society like the kind we have? If europe will be overrun soon then we are next, will our culture be lost thanks to the demolition job of the sheer size of people that might show up on our doors knowing that we would be extremely outnumbered, why do politicians care not for the soverignty of their own people? they have become so filled with hubris that they imagine themselves in charge of a global government and when that perception gets destroyed will they even know what to do?

Consider the source! I put the Kennedy's along with the Clinton's and the Rockefeller's as the most corrupt, power-grabbing families in America. Patrick crashes into a poll doped up on pain-killers and he gets a ride home. Rush does so in his own home, and they try to jail him. Their cousin rapes, and doesn't go to jail after the case is swept under the rug for 30 years. Ted kills his secretary and drives off the bridge, and doesn't spend a day in jail. And you people are going to listen to this man? I'm tired of people deriding America! The greatest, most charitable, most beneficial country for good the planet has ever seen!

The brain stem that controls autonomic functions such as breathing and heartbeat is called the reptilian brain and has been for a long time. It has nothing to do with talk of reptilian aliens controlling the government.

While the republicans certainly cater to the K street lobbyists and their internationals corporate special interests, the people who have hijacked the democratic party and held it hostage for the last fifty years have their special interests as well. They cater to minorities and social causes that provide jobs for their liberal arts degrees and allow their globe trotting, and vast expansion the continuously growing legal field. They want to make a higher education more affordable for poor people and minorities, but not for everyone, so who does that leave out? They have no respect for the trades, and in my opinion demonstrate a growing bias against working class whites, who they constantly portray as bullies who are ignorant jerks.

Put a little effort into getting involved with some of these supposedly socially conscious organizations, and you will find that they are very exclusive.

of course, the entire republican brain is just a theory.

If you think republicans are evil or democrats are good, you're about as lost as Joe Six-Pack. The two party system is designed to keep small thinkers like you in line.

The railroads were developed by numerous people, most of whom did not get rich from their efforts, and the system was financed primarily by tax payers and it was the bankers who profited the most by working the political system in their favor, bribing politicians, forcing people off of their land, and all other manners of corrupt under handed trading. It wasn't the market laws of supply and demand that controlled the way that railroads were developed, it was old fashioned back room politics. Your CEO is just a private sector politician. The greedy people who gleefully take what others have created are the super rich families of fame in the robber baron days, benefiting by corrupting our government, and twisting things to their advantage. Most of these people came upon their fortunes by crooked deals, and then used their wealth gains to ruthlessly accumulate more wealth.

www.raken.com...

If you study history you will see that the people who worked extremely hard developing the technology from which society has so greatly benefited are not the people who made enormous fortunes off of this technology, and that is a real shame. Look up how JP Morgan stole Edison's patent on the light bulb, ow Tesla never saw any wealth from his incredible inventions, and how the guy who developed the television was completely screwed out of financial gain for his great contribution.

Most of our taxes come from average working people and small business owners, the top 60% to 99.9% of income earners. How much income tax do you think trust babies like Paris Hilton pay? Most of the people in the bottom 50% of income earners are young people and students who will eventually become part to the upper half of income workers, or retirees who spent most of their adult lives in the upper half. A large chunk of the poor are minimum wage earners who simply never developed the skills to earn good money, and most due to no fault of their own. If they show up daily on time and work forty hours a week like the rest of us and help contribute, I see nothing wrong with helping out the working poor during hard times with things like health care and even short term welfare.

I have no respect for lazy bums who refuse to work, and there are plenty of those.

I definitely do not approve of our current immigration policies, especially people who want to come and live in our country, and enjoy the wealth that we created, but do not have any respect for our culture, or for us as a people in general. The people of the world have clearly put out the message that they want to be in control of their piece of the planet, so fine, then they can stay there and provide for their own prosperity as well. At the same time, international corporation who want to invest in these countries, and all too often support the most corruptible people in these countries, setting up their bannana republics, can pay for the defense of their assets in these countries. I am tired of my tax dollars going to pay for military muscle to support corrupt corporate investments overseas that steal our jobs.

See the history of U.S. corporations in Latin America. You might want to look up Smedley Darlington Butler, a WW I general.

Quote from Butler's book, "War Is A Racket".

en.wikipedia.org...

"I spent 33 years and four months in active military service and during that period I spent most of my time as a high class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. I helped make Mexico and especially Tampico safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefit of Wall Street. I helped purify Nicaragua for the International Banking House of Brown Brothers in 1902-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for the American sugar interests in 1916. I helped make Honduras right for the American fruit companies in 1903. In China in 1927 I helped see to it that Standard Oil went on its way unmolested. Looking back on it, I might have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents."

As a blue collar white male I feel that neither party represents me anymore. The democrats take me for granted, and the republicans only thinly pretend to represent me.

I also do not think that the Kennedy's, and the people currently in charge of the democratic party are liberals at all, they are every bit as much elitists as the republicans.

Is there a moderate party anywhere out there that is not socialistic or free market? because I can't support either one of those extremes.

The reason he says "reptilian core of our brain" is because that is precisely what it is called in Neuroscience. Reptilian is a label. See the link below for more details.

It is not the far out "we are bred from Reptilian Aliens" theory he is referring to, it is the study of the brain and it's actual core components that he is referring to.
This link shows the overview of this book which will give you some insight into what he means.

Human Language and Our Reptilian Brain: The Subcortical Bases of Speech, Syntax, and Thought (Perspectives in Cognitive Neuroscience)

You've never heard of the evolution of the brain? There is a Reptilian brain, and then layers are added which make it mammalian, etc.

I thought when you added lawyers to the brain it became MORE reptilian....

Because there IS such a thing: a portion of our brain that is SHAPED LIKE the brain of REPTILES.

It refers to the SHAPE of that PART of our brain, but it is not actually a medical name, either, in the sense of a neurologist or neurosurgeon using it. They would not use that term.

NO TRUER WORDS HAVE BEEN SPOKEN IN RECENT TIMES THAN WHAT THIS MAN ( RFK Jr. ) HAS SAID....

Now I ask you; have you heard ANYTHING even remotely this clear, this true, out of the mouth of Barack H. Obama? All his speaches are just hallow rhetoric. He's selling Bullscat spun like cotton candy. Does anyone actually think B.O. can, or is really willing to take on BIG CORPORATE AMERICA? Does he actually think, concidering the structure of greed within our own government, he can affect anything at all?
I think the Military, Big Business, International Banking will view his hyperbole as the annoying noise of a buzzing insect. They will swat, and sqwish any attempts made by this annoying little knat.

I have been advocating armed revolt in this nation for 20 years. All based on Mr. Kennedy's can of worms he has just opened for all of you to see.

I read the SPOTLIGHT NEWS for years, and they clearly put the focus on this same stuff back in the 70's and 80's. But, guess what folks, the government shut them down! Surprized?

I am serious here,
Until, CEO's are taken out their homes in the middle of the night by pissed off Americans, and Tarred and Feathered,
Until, Politicans are rounded up, kicked out of office, and then publicly stoned,
Until, Presidents like BUSH are impeached and HUNG for war crimes against humanity,
Until, Corporate Attorneys are Hung, and PAC's are outlawed,
Until, real civilian justice pervails and the likes of O.J.Simpson etc. are excecuted,
Until, we kill gang members on sight,
Until, we shoot drug dealers in the Head on the street in the public,
Until, we clean out the festering cess pools called Prisons, by eliminating 75% of those there,
Until, we revolt, burning down the buildings by sacking Washington D.C.
There is more, so much more...Until then,
WE will never have the democracy or freedom that we are supposed too have. NEVER!

If you think voting is going to change a damn thing, you are sadly mistaken.
Only a bloody armed revolution will changes things, nothing else...
Taking back your country by force isn't terrorism...it's Patriotism
[ if you want to call me a troll because of my hard words, have at it ]

People need to sit back and take a look at what he said and interlace it with the up coming elections.

McCain- scare's the he&& out of me. Clinton- day late and a dollar short, same shi... different year frightening. Obama ?????

We have a mess on our hands but the people here are totally locked on these three people like they are the only ones to choose from.

If the people don't wake and see what has been happening and do a complete 360 we are done for IMO. We need someone that we can mold into the our shining light.
